Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

Easy to book, very convenient location that is accessible to the downtown area as well as capital airport. Friendly staffs and nice clean rooms. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Facilities: The room facilities are very convenient, fully smart, and it was really comfortable to stay in. Plus, it's super easy to get here by subway — we even talked about making this our regular place to stay in the future. Hygiene: The room is just the right size and very clean. 👍 Environment: Green-themed, fresh, and cozy. Service: The service is very thoughtful. We arrived quite late last night, and they called to ask what time we'd be checking in, and even upgraded our room in advance. Nice! 👍

Stayed for the first time in this hotel with my family (2 adults and 2 children). We chose and looked at the options for a long time, but we stopped at this hotel. Attracted - location, spaciousness of rooms and their equipment, places where children can sleep. Our expectations coincided more than, the rooms and the attitude to the guests are great!! Even large luxury networks will not be able to provide such quality!! From the very beginning there was an individual approach and care during my stay with my family!! We paid attention to every detail and it's especially nice that in the evening the whole family brought warm milk, and in the morning the chef himself cooks breakfast especially for you! Kelebihan hotel adalah lokasinya Ia terletak berhampiran Wangfujing, menjadikannya mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana. While there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly. Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience: 1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch. 2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food). 3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep! The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

I had an incredible weekend at Club Med Joyview Beijing Yanqing! It was the perfect family escape, offering a fantastic blend of fun and relaxation. The location was ideal, being just a scenic 1.5-hour drive from downtown Beijing. The resort had something for everyone: the kids adored the massive indoor water park and the huge sports hall, while the amazing G.O. team kept everyone entertained with nightly shows and lively parties. We enjoyed the delicious buffet food and even visited the resort's own Cloud Winery for a unique experience. What made it truly special was the hassle-free, joyful atmosphere that allowed both kids and adults to have a great time. It was a refreshing and recharging getaway that I highly recommend.

Grand Millenium Beijing is located in the CBD with the big “pants” building near the hotel. The hotel looks dated but the room is spacious and well maintained. Lots of food options within walking distance and a subway station just mins from the hotel.
