Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

Really appreciated 24 hr reception, comfortable bed, luggage storage, compact room with everything we needed. Subway was close, remember exit D to avoid long walk around if you go out wrong way though

From the warm welcome with sparkling drinks to personalized recommendations for romantic dinners, every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary! Amenities: The hotel’s amenities are designed for relaxation and indulgence. We spent hours unwinding in the tranquil spa, took a dip in the elegant rooftop pool with breathtaking views, and enjoyed modern, well-equipped rooms featuring king-size beds, smart TVs, and luxurious bath products. Even the little touches, like nightly turndown service and 24-hour room service, added to the charm. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a cozy getaway, the Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel is the ultimate choice for couples. The hotel itself was ok. The location, when it comes to the amount of restaurants in the near vicinity it is great! Plenty of options. It is pretty far from the metro station, about 15-20 min walk, so keep that in mind. The staff was nice and helpful. I can recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Mandarin Wangfujing over the weekend to celebrate our toddler’s second birthday, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, professional, kind, and exceptionally attentive to our toddler’s needs. A few standout examples: our room was thoughtfully baby-proofed before our arrival, a milk warmer was provided for nighttime feeds, and they even included a toddler-sized bathtub and potty. These little touches made a big difference. Kudos to the amazing team for working seamlessly to make our stay so special. A heartfelt thank you to Marvin, Lina, Cassie, and the IRD team. You made us feel genuinely cared for!

The team here went above and beyond, my whole family loved our stay and absolutely would stay here again next time we visit Beijing. The team helped us order food on their own phones because we couldn’t access local apps, they even helped us plan our entire China trip (literally, like our trip to Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong). And, their breakfast was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Their rooms are also beautiful, modern and super spacious and clean. Probably the best hotel my family and I ever stayed at. 100/10

What really stood out was their knowledge of the area—every recommendation they gave was spot on and made my trip significantly better. As a tourist, that kind of guidance is invaluable. Grand Millenium Beijing is located in the CBD with the big “pants” building near the hotel. The hotel looks dated but the room is spacious and well maintained. Lots of food options within walking distance and a subway station just mins from the hotel.
