Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

Facilities: The room facilities are very convenient, fully smart, and it was really comfortable to stay in. Plus, it's super easy to get here by subway — we even talked about making this our regular place to stay in the future. Hygiene: The room is just the right size and very clean. 👍 Environment: Green-themed, fresh, and cozy. Service: The service is very thoughtful. We arrived quite late last night, and they called to ask what time we'd be checking in, and even upgraded our room in advance. Nice! 👍

The team here went above and beyond, my whole family loved our stay and absolutely would stay here again next time we visit Beijing. The team helped us order food on their own phones because we couldn’t access local apps, they even helped us plan our entire China trip (literally, like our trip to Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong). And, their breakfast was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Their rooms are also beautiful, modern and super spacious and clean. Probably the best hotel my family and I ever stayed at. 100/10

While there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly. Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience: 1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch. 2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food). 3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep! The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. Commune by the Great Wall berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus hanya kira-kira 30 minit dari bahagian Badaling di Great Wall. Kakitangan di sini sangat membantu, terutamanya bagi seseorang yang tidak banyak berbahasa Cina. Kawasan ini agak jauh dari mana-mana perkhidmatan atau restoran lain, jadi melainkan anda mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri, kebanyakannya anda akan makan di hotel. Nasib baik, makanannya benar-benar lazat dan disediakan dengan sangat baik di restoran yang ditawarkan oleh hotel. Ia juga berada di kawasan semula jadi yang indah dengan banyak kawasan hutan yang bagus untuk diterokai betul-betul di luar bilik hotel anda. I had an incredible weekend at Club Med Joyview Beijing Yanqing! It was the perfect family escape, offering a fantastic blend of fun and relaxation. The location was ideal, being just a scenic 1.5-hour drive from downtown Beijing. The resort had something for everyone: the kids adored the massive indoor water park and the huge sports hall, while the amazing G.O. team kept everyone entertained with nightly shows and lively parties. We enjoyed the delicious buffet food and even visited the resort's own Cloud Winery for a unique experience. What made it truly special was the hassle-free, joyful atmosphere that allowed both kids and adults to have a great time. It was a refreshing and recharging getaway that I highly recommend.

Grand Millenium Beijing is located in the CBD with the big “pants” building near the hotel. The hotel looks dated but the room is spacious and well maintained. Lots of food options within walking distance and a subway station just mins from the hotel.
