Плюсы: прекрасные пейзаж, люди, аутентичность и вкусная еда, блюда большие, кипяток, чай и кофе в свободном доступе. Обед и ужин можно заказать, завтрак не шведский стол. В туалете чисто. В юртах есть печка и дрова, обогреватель и матрасы с обогревом. Можно кататься на лошадях, великах и электро великах за плату. Минусы: база чуток подуставшая, в юртах под кроватями мусор, туалет и душ отдельно, поэтому ночью ходить видимо некоторым проблематично, был запах мочи, то ли в юрте, то ли под юртой. Вай фай в юртах отсутствует. Цветы не посадили в этом году, музей и массаж не работают, какая то заброшенность присутствует, ступеньки разбитые, между полом и стеной юрты дыры, труба печки от ветра двигается.

Hotel located on the western edge of Ulaanbaatar city, not within walking distance to tourist attractions but it's a good place to base out of if you're going/coming from countryside.

We stayed here with our family and relatives, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The room was clean and cozy. There wasn’t Wi-Fi, but it honestly helped us disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings even more. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the beef khuushuur. The mushroom boortsog served at breakfast was absolutely amazing. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful nature. My 3-year-old sibling and my 5-year-old sibling loved it so much that when we returned to the city, they kept saying they wanted to go back. Our whole family will definitely be visiting again.

On my way back from a 14-day trip to the Altai Tavan Bogd, Turgen Valley, and Akh Su regions of Western Mongolia, I rested for 14 hours at Eagle Town, which is close to the airport, because the layover for my flight back to Korea was too long. Although it wasn't a new apartment, it was very clean, and Manager Roshan responded promptly and kindly to my text messages regarding the reservation and airport pickup/drop-off, so I experienced no inconvenience. With a Korean convenience store and grocery store nearby, I was able to cook meals and take a good nap while resting, which helped me relieve travel fatigue before catching my flight home. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is close to many restaurants and a shopping mall called Max Mall. I have some good and not so good things to share about the hotel before anyone decides to stay here. The best person to speak to at the hotel is definitely a lady called Narandulam. She is the general manager, has excellent English, and is very knowledgeable. She was incredibly helpful and able to assist with everything. The hotel also allowed me to leave my suitcases there free of charge, so thank you to everyone for that! Ulaanbaatar has a massive traffic problem due to a lack of efficient public transportation. So, although the hotel is in a good location, actually getting there can be a nightmare. After one of my day trips, I was stuck in traffic for 3 hours! 😩 I also had issues with the showers in two different rooms. The water doesn’t drain properly and ended up flooding into the room. This is definitely something the hotel needs to fix. Another small issue was that the receptionist (I’m not sure of her name) didn’t speak enough English to help with basic questions, such as “Where is the closest ATM?” For anyone wondering, there is an ATM across the road, and another one inside Max Mall.

The reception staff and all the other employees were truly friendly and kind. They were quick and efficient with everything. The bathroom was very clean, and the room itself was spacious. Compared to other hotels of the same category, the price was more affordable, yet the room was larger and more comfortable. This is the first hotel, in my experience, that has handled every aspect of guest comfort and service so thoughtfully and well. Even though I have stayed at many hotels, this one stood out as the friendliest. They were also very understanding and flexible when it came to extending the room during checkout time. Many other hotels tend to rush guests or charge extra immediately, but that was not the case here. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I return.

Room: The hotel needs to clean the room thoroughly, not just the bathroom but also the carpeted area, and fix the base board moldings as well as the loose heater radiator which supposed to be anchored down to the wall. Although the room is carpeted wall to wall, I can see bare floor on the edges and the corners. Location: Not good, but at the same time not bad either. All attractions are within $3~$4 away which is more than I paid in other ~stan countries nearby. May be it is a Mongoljan thing, but for me it wasn't easy to hire taxi cab unless I am willing to pay the extra tips. The front staffs: Very friendly and eager to provide help. Not all of them speaks English, but it is not a problem since they translator app is widely available. Furnitures in the room: Very old, and there are wears and tears every part of the furniture. I don't know the other rooms, but the room I was given was too small for the furnitures to be placed in first place. Overall: I wouldn't stay here again. The over all conditions of the hotel was not even close to the pictures shown in the trip.com app. If you select this hotel based on the pictures, you would be very disappointed if you are given the room I stayed in. Avoid Room 602 anyway you can.

Отель из 90-х на одну ночь. Плюсы: Местоположение. Это единственный главный плюс. Персонал и заселение. Вежливые сотрудники, без проблем заселили раньше времени — в 12:00. Комплектация. В номере были тапочки, зубные щетки, мыло, шампунь и туалетная бумага. Белье и полотенца чистые (хоть и уставшие). Горячая вода есть. На первом этаже находится гей-клуб, но в номере его не было слышно. Минусы: Парковка. Своей парковки нет вообще. Рядом платная, но за сутки выходит очень дорого. Пришлось парковаться в соседних кварталах, место нашли с огромным трудом. Сантехника и туалет. Сиденье (крышка) унитаза по размеру заметно меньше, чем сам унитаз, пользоваться крайне неудобно. Сантехника с открытыми трубами выглядит очень уныло. Состояние текстиля. Постельное белье рваное. Полотенца — с огромными дырами (фото прилагаю). Ремонт и обстановка. Всё очень старое, привет из 90-х. Обои расходятся по швам. Номер. Телевизор разбит (экран смят, не работает). Окно выходит впритык на глухую грязную стену и замусоренный козырек, дневного света нет вообще. : Сняли на 1 ночь, и слава богу. Как перевалочный пункт на одни сутки — терпимо только благодаря расположению и вежливому персоналу. На более долгий срок останавливаться здесь точно не рекомендую.

great but breakfast is very bad just like a trash
