PPengguna TetamuI loved this hotel because the staff were so universally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was just lovely. I had two great meals there. Good value for money too. My one big complaint is the room was way too hot. It was 33°C. The air conditioning didn't work. The only advice I could be given was open the window. The 3 inches it opened. Nothing worked and it did make sleep difficult. Such a shame as it puts me off rebooking for October when I go again. There is an excellent ”Walking Street” opposite the hotel with restaurants and bars, so I'll be sad to change to a different hotel. Fix the room temperature, please!

Besides, I really liked the pillows - they're orthopedic!! The kitchen has all the equipment and everything works just perfectly!! 🙏🏼💙

PPengguna TetamuWas very hard to find the hostel and I also had a hard time communicating with them. They also double booked me on a separate booking and I had to cancel. They did apologize and give me a private room which I very much appreciated.
I arranged a ride to the airport for 3:30AM with them and I could have communicated better, but I found my ride was 2000 turghik cheaper on UBCab. I confirmed the ride for 3:30 over text and something got lost in translation and was willing to pay their 10000 Turghik for the ride. I woke up and waited outside only to find the driver wasn’t there.
Ended up only staying there from 9PM-3AM and it took me an hour to find the actual hostel and honestly didn’t have a great experience with this place. Maybe other people might have better luck than me. Thanks for giving me a place to sleep before my early flight.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor.
Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end.
Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol.
All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again.

TTomFraenkHotel with a good location and a beautiful view of the city. The room was very large and very clean. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi hardly worked at all in our room, only sporadically and with poor speed. The staff was helpful, and the English was good. My advance emails requesting airport pickup were not responded to. The breakfast was simple and somewhat unbalanced. Coffee was served from a pot, but unfortunately, there was no service from the coffee machine. It's located in an inner mall, making it very convenient.

AAayush Singh ChopraThe hotel was located right across Sukhbataar square and 1 km from State department store which made it really convenient to go around walking. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and the breakfast Buffet had a nice spread of local Mongolian cuisines as well as western options. The Hotel also features 3 bars and a lounge on 23/F with amazing views of the city and nice food.
Highly recommended for stay in Ulaanbaatar.

AAleFragolaWe had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft.
The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us.
The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants.
Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins.
If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

PPengguna Tetamu2. time here. better room than last time. cleaner. but they forgot to clean up twice, the hairdryer kept breaking and the window broke too. they repaired the window. the food tasted fresh and good but they forgot half my order. reception was extra supportive and trying hard, but i believe they can up their management/ organizational skills with the cleaning and maintenance. english st reception. people were friendly and nice. but for that price i expect it getting cleaned daily at least.

The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless.
Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.
