Hotel Pantai di Cannes

I had a great stay at the Abrial Hotel in Cannes. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location close to the city centre and the Croisette. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also nice, with a good selection to start the day. It could be even better with the addition of some chicken or turkey options. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great choice for anyone visiting Cannes

All the other staff were very kind, and the room was very well maintained, so thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay in Cannes. However, I had one unpleasant experience. The female staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely rude. That morning, I had purchased some bread and, since it was quite large, I wanted to ask if it could be shared with other guests having breakfast. (It was freshly bought that morning, completely new.) However, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking if I could eat the bread on the terrace. Without listening to me at all, she simply said “No!” I understand that she might not have wanted it or could have refused to share, and I also understand that outside food might be a sensitive issue. But her reaction was far too rude. When I tried to explain (using a translator) that I wasn’t trying to eat it myself, but only wanted to offer it to others, she didn’t listen and asked me to leave the terrace. It was so unreasonable, and this incident negatively affected my mood for the rest of the trip. Even when I returned to the hotel, she ignored me. I just want to clarify that my frustration wasn’t because my offer of the bread was refused. Even if she had simply said, “Sorry, we have plenty of bread, it’s okay,” I would not have felt upset at all. Of course, I would have respected that. I feel it’s unreasonable that guests should have to be cautious of this staff member’s attitude. If it weren’t for her, the hotel experience would have been excellent.

Non penso si possa volere di più! Hotel ristrutturato di recente con gusto. La nostra stanza era della giusta dimensione, ben arredata con un letto comodo e un bellissimo bagno e una vista da quadretto tipico della cotes. A due passi dal centro ma fuori dal caos delle passeggiate principali. Parcheggio comodo ed economico(Ve lo consiglio) e colazione buonissima (Ve la stra consiglio!) L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff però sono il vero valore aggiunto! A Cannes sono venuto molte volte e spero di poter tornare presto ancora in questo bellissimo piccolo Hotel! Grazie ancora di tutto!

The apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport. The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room. Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus. Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us. Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building. It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

The Mondrian Cannes is definitely not a 5 star, it’s a 4 / 3 star hotel. The welcome letter in our room was addressed to someone else, and while the staff apologised, they didn’t bother doing a new one. Room 101’s carpet was visibly dirty, and all the three rooms had an unpleasant, unidentified odor. The air conditioning was very loud! Given the 5 star prices, I’d recommend looking elsewhere, the location is excellent and the staff make an effort, but that’s about it.

Good hotel if it were 3 stars but for a 4 star hotel dissapointing. Gym only 4 machines Total, no weights, swimming pool small and not well maintained. Cleaning ladies extremely nice. Not worth their price. Good location 5 min away from the beach and 10 min away from rue d'Antibes

Good location in the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you. Unstable and slow Wi Fi. I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment.

Останавливался здесь на одну ночь. Расположение очень удобное, от Ж вокзала всего около 10 минут пешком. Рядом есть магазины, рестораны и рынок. До порта можно дойти за 5–7 минут. Туалет и душ общие, находятся на каждом этаже. В целом, за свою цену это хороший и вполне комфортный вариант для короткого проживания.

Very good and very satisfied

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile, which made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. The location itself was ideal — conveniently situated close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transportation. It offered both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!
