CChaseMoonthe service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though.

GGalina EfimovaUnfortunately, I never made it to the property due to an issue with my car.
The room was booked in advance, but when I contacted the host asking to move my reservation to the next day, they refused.
I also couldn’t cancel or get a refund, so I ended up losing over €100 for nothing.
It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the circumstances were beyond my control.

SSara e fabrizioComodo per una breve sosta nella città, noi siamo stati 2 notti, ci hanno assegnato una camera spaziosa, era pulita e i ragazzi sono tutti molto gentili e preparati!!!
Il centro si può raggiungere anche con una bella passeggiata di circa 10 minuti.
Colazione molto varia e abbondante a differenza di altri b&b hotel della catena in cui sono stata.
L'unica nota negativa, ma non è colpa dell'hotel, è la situazione parcheggio, a trapani praticamente ci sono solo strisce blu, e devi girare un po per parcheggiare.
Per il resto tutto perfetto!!!!!

CClaire MHotel Vittoria is an older hotel - quite nostalgic I must say! Just look at the key of the room! Totally old style, but super cool! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the room was big and clean and very simple. The bed was bigger than what we usually had during our Sicily trip and it was very comfy ... I'd say it reflected the size of the room ... 😂
The breakfast next morning was very nice - we had eggs, crêpes, cakes, fruits, ... a lot to choose from and again, very helpful and friendly staff. Those heads on the pictures were all on tables on the way to the dining room ... Unfortunately, I forgot to take more pictures of the hotel, but instead, I will add some pix of Trapani where in the evening we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets of our trip ... And that tree! OMG! What a personality! 😍
