Her şey çok güzeldi. Temizlik personeli başta olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve işlerini büyük bir özenle yapıyordu. Etkinlikler, gösteriler ve gece partileri gerçekten unutulmazdı. Çocuklarımız da çok eğlendi ve harika vakit geçirdi. Özellikle Hataylı pide ustasının el lezzeti ve misafirlere karşı gösterdiği kibarlık takdire şayandı. Hazırladığı pideler gerçekten çok lezzetliydi ve güler yüzlü yaklaşımı tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Tek olumsuz deneyimimiz revir bölümünde yaşandı. Kaşıntı gibi basit bir rahatsızlık için krem talep ettiğimizde bizden muayene ücreti istendi ve ilacı otel yerine dışarıdaki bir eczaneden temin etmemiz önerildi. Bunun dışında her şey mükemmeldi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. Очень понравился отель Megasaray Club Belek. Обслуживание на высшем уровне везде - на ресепшн, в ресторанах и кафе, уборка. Отличная локация и состояние объектов отеля. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, огромный выбор, также понравился кафетерий - и сладости и качество кофе. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику Мирзе за поздравления моей маме на ее день рождения.

Мы впервые останавливались в отеле группы Кемпински и остались в полном восторге. Красивая просторная территория (с легкостью проходили 10.000 шагов ежедневно), очень вкусная еда и широкий выбор блюд самых разных, приятный персонал, много свободных лежаков. Отдельно понравился хорошо оборудованный спортзал и публика / гости отеля. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить персонал за апгрейд номера до Lagoon Suite (мы заранее предупредили о том, что поездка в честь дня рождения и в связи с этим получили такой бонус), вилла оказалась выше всяких похвал. Тишина и уединение вокруг. Обязательно остановимся в сети еще раз и в других городах.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

WE was in two minds about booking to this hotel after reading the previous feedback we got convinced, and I am glad we did The hotel is in a very good location close to belek Town centre £10 to get there in taxi and same back or 30 minutes walk , the food was fresh and lots of choices The staff all was lovely at all times Clean and cormftable rooms The entertainment was excellent highly recommended to family's or couples or singles it had something for everyone

Отель приятно впечатлил. Чистый номер со свежим ремонтом в 7 корпусе. Безалкогольный минибар пополняется ежедневно. Приветственная литровая бутылка красного сухого турецкого вина в номере. Ночью тишина, так как все активности находятся в отдалении от номеров. Алкогольные напитки - пиво Ефес, приятное красное, белое и розовое вино. Крепкий алкоголь был, но не пробовали. 2 стола для настольного тенниса и теннисный корт - бесплатно. Живописный пивной бар на берегу озера с уютными беседками. Пляж широкий, лежаков много - хватает всем. Мороженое всегда в доступе. Хорошая кофейня-кондитерская на этаже под лобби. Горки в аквапарке: рекомендую оранжевую узкую и дракона, с которого нужно катиться на ватрушке. Лёгкий адреналин, но не страшно.

Overall, we had a positive stay. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants free of charge, in addition to the main buffet — it added a nice variety to our experience. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The entertainment team was friendly and welcoming, and there was an evening show every night. However, we would have appreciated a more varied and active daytime entertainment programme. The rooms are a little dated and could benefit from renovation, but they were still comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Overall, we were happy with our holiday and left with great impressions of the hotel🥰
