Hotel berhampiran Beijing Botanical Garden Exhibition Greenhouse, Beijing

We were given a room with cigarette smell and got changed instantly. Shower room and toilet are separated and spacious. Clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff and efficient service. MTR and bus stops are nearby and it was easy to get a taxi too. Will stay again next time.

從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到工作人員的貼心服務，熱情又周到，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。酒店整體環境優雅大氣，裝修風格簡約又不失格調，公共區域乾淨整潔，綠植點綴其中，氛圍感十足。房間更是讓人眼前一亮，佈置温馨，採光極佳，窗外景色宜人。床鋪軟硬適中，床品乾淨柔軟，睡起來特別舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也很高。每一處細節都彰顯着酒店的用心。

The location is good. The hotel is close to the subway, restaurants, and shops. Service staff are friendly and speak English. The room is very clean and comfortable. And the price is cheap.

房間很智能，窗前和洗澡間都有音樂控制器，但是研究半天不知道咋用，還好有智能音箱，很有氛圍。而且新酒店房間也很乾凈，就在一個醫院樓上，門比較不好找，房間設施和智能化都很好，但是很不隔音，晚上一兩點隔壁家小孩不睡覺看動畫片，早上五六點就有人吵鬧，樓道吵得挺清楚的，其他都很好。

挺好的，可以寄存東西，前台小姐姐人很好，還幫我們熱東西，冰東西的話問了前台小姐姐説是衹能用房間裏的冰櫃冰。酒店會提供兩瓶礦泉水和三瓶飲料，喝了會補，挺好的，（附上我拍的景點照

Good hotel near the school. Room is small but sufficient for having a good sleep. The room service people were also very patient and very nice to us.

房間很乾凈，空間大，酒店位置很好，附近有吃飯的地方，距離地鐵站也不遠，各個地方打車也很方便，酒店早餐也還不錯，隔音也很好，晚上睡覺沒聽到什麼聲音，記憶棉枕頭很舒服，唯一美中不足的就是半夜想要調節空調温度，需要起床去門口找開關，總之住的不錯，下次還會選這家酒店，好評

房間一進去就給人很乾凈整潔的感覺。很好，確實超預期了，定之前也看過很多酒店的評論，擔心訂到那種臟亂差的房間。所以先在網上搜尋北京的酒店，不免有很多打廣告的。但是選了這家牡丹賓館，因為是真實遊客分享的，而且攜程評論區差評比例低。就下定決心定這一家了。國慶期間性價比高，房間也不小，正正好。離地鐵站近，牡丹園站A口不用過馬路，B口就在馬路對面。總之一切都挺方便的，前台服務也OK，讓送浴室用的拖鞋，機器人送上來。退房後寄存行李也OK，挺好的。

If I did not know better, I would suggest there is a scam going on at this hotel . . . . I booked a room with Lake View, High Floor (11 - 26), 32m² size - Upon checking in to the hotel, I was told that my requested room type was not available but as compensation, they had upgraded me - Good news 👍 I go to the upgraded room - Low floor, city view, small room - Certainly not an upgrade! I immediately went to reception and expressed my concerns about this room upgrade and was advised that all of sudden, without expectation, my requested room type was now available - Amazing! The hotel is very ostentatious, but it is really just for show and has little substance behind it, as it is a shambles - The room quality is poor for a hotel with such grand ideals - Poorly maintained, worn and regarding some of the technology, outdated, The worst was breakfast - Absolute carnage as there was no organisation or control of breakfast diners by the staff - They allowed customers into the dining room even when there was no space for them, and this results in people wandering around with food looking for somewhere to sit. Tables were not cleared promptly, food serving areas were not tidied or cleared promptly either - To make it worse, parents allowed there children to 'play' with the coffee machines, which meant that customers had to wait - Again, staff did nothing to prevent the children playing. If you intend to stay at this hotel my recommendations are - 1. Make sure you get the room you have booked and pay for 2. Inspect the room before accepting 3. Go to breakfast either early or late to avoid the carnage Location is just OK - Nothing within walking distance, but a short taxi ride away There are many, many better quality and better value places to stay in Beijing than this hotel . . . . .

做了功課選的國二招，服務、衞生、安全各方面都非常滿意，房間面積很大，下次來北京還住國二招。推薦給來北京的朋友！一樓唐軼良、趙建容從入住到離開酒店一直熱心幫忙寄存、搬運行李。我們孩子多，一樓大堂的小姐姐暖心的進門出門幫助我們看護孩子的安全。生日還送了生日蛋糕和禮品，最後離酒店還送了小朋友小禮物，遇到最暖心的酒店，非常感動！房間服務員王雅傑、羅海秋服務及時，每天都幫我們整理好房間，第一天入住還送了北京小點心，孩子們很開心！地鐵交通非常方便去天安門故宮什剎海，去環球打車或者地鐵也很方便。
