This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

Room size: At 25–27 sq.m., the room is large enough to lay out my 24”–28” suitcases flat and still walk around comfortably. Given the room size and nightly rate, this hotel is the perfect fit for me. Facilities & Amenities: - Auto-flush toilet - Shower room & Restroom separated - Location: Although the hotel is almost 1 km. from the nearest metro station, my friends and I left around 7 a.m. every day and preferred taking a DiDi directly to the tourist attractions. Plus, the hotel provides space for temporary parking, making the location convenient enough for us. Staff: The receptionists mainly speak Chinese, but they tried their best to use a translation app to communicate and deliver the utmost service. Adding the hotel on WeChat is highly recommended for foreigners to communicate easily. During my stay, I used WeChat to request a room change due to a strong cigarette smoke smell, as well as a one-hour late check-out on my final day.”

好多年沒有住過橘子酒店了，這次機緣巧合選訂了這家。有一些小插曲，我們入住很晚，大概22:30，我的攜程的鑽石會員，想着問下早餐的事情，各種不行，還被告知在系統裏看不到會員級別，從來沒有這種情況！最終又下載APP，有登陸等等，才勉強送了我，才入住。酒店很新，設施相對齊全。房間內無任何異味，讓我對桔子酒店有了改觀。浴液，洗手液等等都是清淡的橘子清香。床墊是軟硬不是我喜歡的類型，兩種枕頭可供選擇，提供了方便，一種偏軟，一種應該是記憶棉材質。酒店隔音還不錯，臨街的話也不吵。意見，沒有提供一次性馬桶墊，可改進。早餐環節，種類不多，整體水平一般吧，如果讓我花費48元購買，真心會覺得不值得！總之入住體驗感還算不錯。早餐種類可豐富更多種類！

I had a wonderful stay and would like to specially commend Xiaoyu, the front desk staff! She greeted me warmly and politely during check-in. Since I have difficulty communicating in Chinese, she patiently helped me with translation. She always wears a lovely smile😊She took the initiative to inform me about hotel facilities, breakfast hours and nearby transportation routes. She answered all my questions carefully without any impatience. Her service was enthusiastic and gracious with great warmth. You can feel her genuine sincerity👍. She actively assisted me whenever I needed help. Her excellent front desk service greatly enhanced my overall stay and made me feel welcomed. The hotel is clean, quiet and fully equipped. The laundry room and gym are open 24 hours free of charge. There is also a billiards table in the lobby for guests to enjoy. The hotel offers complimentary evening snacks and hot drinks, which taste great. The breakfast provides a wide variety of Chinese and Western food with fresh ingredients and good flavour. There are hot dishes, pastries, congee😋, beverages and fruits to suit all tastes. The dining area is tidy and comfortable. Enjoying a hearty breakfast every morning makes travelling full of energy，Thank you very much for Xiaoyu's thoughtful help during my stay❤️.

This hotel is really good. First of all, it’s new. Right when you walk in you can tell they put real effort into not looking like a cookie-cutter modern hotel. The design feels distinctly Chinese and you can see they cared about it. The area around the hotel is excellent. Trees along the street, lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. The location is super convenient and nice. When you walk in, the smell is so nice. It smells like jasmine. It doesn’t smell like a bathroom. It’s quite cozy. It’s not a grand, big, five-star luxurious hotel. But honestly the service is better than the five-star hotels I stayed at on this Beijing trip (Hilton, Hyatt, and others). This one is rated four-star on Trip.com and I think it has better service than all of them. The staff are nicer. They’re attentive. They take initiative. They feel warm. Even the manager speaks good English. You can really see they care and pay attention to detail (we had a great experience with Molly's help). They want everybody to have a good experience. They gave us a discount on the room too. There’s a lot of good quality fruit and cake. They especially provide traditional Chinese cake and a variety of treats. On the first night they gave traditional Chinese sweets and traditional drinks, plus fresh fruit like watermelon. The watermelon was very juicy and sweet, not bland. You also have the option of a very nice cake or popcorn. I chose the cake, but the popcorn is probably just as delicious. On the second day they gave us traditional sweets again, like the first night. They call it afternoon tea. The sweets were completely different from the first night. I really appreciate how they gave us a variety of traditional Chinese sweets. It just goes to show how much effort they put into the details and into giving guests a good experience. We wanted to extend our stay but the original room wasn’t available. They made sure to give us multiple options. When we chose a room, the front desk staff personally took us to tour it. We talked about pricing and she even gave us a discount, about $30 less than the price on Trip.com. That was really nice. Overall, really good experience. We’re still here on our second day and super happy. If you come here, this is a great hotel to stay at.

They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests, and their hospitality truly made my stay more comfortable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay, and I really appreciated coming back to a clean and organized room every day. The location is also excellent. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore Beijing and get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, which was very convenient during my stay. The staff were definitely one of the highlights of my experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made me feel very welcome as an international traveler. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to the city!

The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. I do not mind taking a taxi into the city if it means getting such a large room. However, the gym, steam room, and swimming pool seem to be managed by an outside operator rather than directly by the hotel, so that part may not be as good. That said, the room itself is really nice. It also has a washer-dryer, and the kitchen area is fully equipped, so it is very convenient to order delivery and enjoy a meal in the room. ห้องใหญ่มาก ๆ สะดวกสบายสุด ๆ ยอมนั่งแท็กซี่เข้าเมืองเอาแลกกับห้องใหญ่ ๆ แต่ว่า ฟิตเนส สตีม สระว่ายน้ำ ดูเป็นของให้ภายนอกมาจัดการไม่ใช่ของทางโรงแรมโดยตรง เลยอาจจะไม่ค่อยดีมากครับ แต่ห้องคือดีนะ มีเครื่องซักอบด้วย โซนครัวอุปกรณ์พร้อมสั่งเดลิเวอร์มาทานที่ห้องสบาย ๆ 房间非常大，住起来特别舒服。为了换到这么大的房间，我觉得坐出租车进市区也完全值得。 不过，健身房、蒸汽房和游泳池看起来像是由外部机构运营的，不是酒店直接管理的，所以体验可能没有那么好。 但房间本身真的很不错，还有洗烘一体机，厨房区域的设备也很齐全，点外卖回房间吃非常方便。 部屋はとても広くて、すごく快適でした。これだけ広い部屋に泊まれるなら、市内までタクシーで移動するのも十分ありだと思います。 ただ、ジム、スチームルーム、プールはホテル直営ではなく、外部が運営しているように見えたので、そこはあまり良いとは言えないかもしれません。 でも、部屋自体は本当に良かったです。洗濯乾燥機もありますし、キッチン設備もそろっているので、デリバリーを頼んで部屋でゆっくり食事するのにもとても便利でした。

The room is huge with clean toilet. Separate bathroom. If you’re not affected by stained carpet, it should be okay. The cleaning staff and front desk are friendly. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A kilometer away from subway stations. Breakfast foods are delicious and varies everyday. A comfortable place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Grand Concordia Hotel and had a memorable experience. We booked two double beds, which, while comfortable, were a bit on the smaller side for a family of four. The hotel has an old-world charm that creates a unique vibe; it's definitely a place with character! One of the highlights was the breakfast spread, which was impressive and offered a variety of options to start the day right. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and local delicacies. The swimming pool was another fantastic feature. It’s worth noting that you need to wear a swim hat, which they sell for 20 CNY. The pool area was well-maintained, and we made good use of it during our stay. Overall, Grand Concordia offers a blend of history and modern amenities that made our trip enjoyable. I would recommend it to those looking for something a bit different in Beijing.
