The hotel was clean, quiet, very friendly and good staff, they were patient even though they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Chinese. It was a good experience overall! I recommend!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. The front desk staff were not only fluent in English but also incredibly welcoming and committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, with clean bedding and well-maintained facilities. The soundproof windows were a pleasant surprise—I was so close to the airport, yet I didn’t hear a single plane. The hotel also offers free airport shuttles. One standout feature was the extra touches with food: not only did they provide a good and delicious breakfast buffet, but they also offered complimentary midnight snacks, which is mostly Chinese food but still a thoughtful and rare perk. I also appreciated the flexible check-out time of 14:00, giving me plenty of time to relax before heading out. This hotel delivers exceptional service and value. Highly recommended for anyone traveling near the airport—you won’t regret it!

2 nights stay pre flight. I live in China and really don’t like central Beijing hotels, they are often small, well overpriced and either in noisy busy areas or 15 mins walk from a metro which is ok unless you have lots of luggage. Booked here to be close to the airport and also spent a day in Beijing central. 1. The room is as the photos. 2. The room is spacious with windows. 3. The room is clean 🧼 and quiet. 4. Airport transfers every hour. 5. Easy collection from the Airport 6. Straight forward checkin. Cons - Can hear flights overhead but so can all the other hotels as they are all in the same place and even share the same building. If you don’t speak Chinese you can 1. Order a Didi on WeChat (T2 Floor 2 P2 Collection) 2. Use the address from trip in Chinese and a Cab will be c17 RMB from T2. This place is fine for 1-2 Nights 👍 also the Chongqing Hotpot 2 mins walk away is very good.

有早班機需要轉機，加上對川航有好印象，所以決定訂一下這家川航金熊貓試試。 預約接機班車有一點周折，我提前一天預約了但是貌似酒店登記成了另一個日期。且它只有每小時的15分發車。但好處是它是輛轎車，不是我預想的小巴。上車地點在T3一層7號入口出來的外側車道。酒店離機場其實還是要開一小會兒的。但車隊的統籌大哥給了非常好的溝通，扳回一分。接機整體過程瑕不掩瑜。 我第二天需要的航班送機時間早於酒店送機的最早時間6點鐘，送機不做評價了。 12月10日晚7點半左右辦理的入住。當時前台只有一個戴眼鏡的小哥，他本來手頭就有事，還要處理另外一個高需求旅客。儘管這樣，他還是很有效率且友善的給我辦理完了入住。態度很好。重點表揚，我不知道他的名字，但希望你們客房部的管理人員看到他的努力哈哈！我覺得他太不容易了！ 晚8點左右去了一樓餐廳吃飯，三個服務員小姐姐都很友善。表揚一下。 房間內如圖，就是一進房間插了電卡在房間默認燈光下拍的原圖，也許再開幾盞燈效果會更好？但反正我就要洗澡睡覺了也懶得開。 房間衞生狀況: 衞生間，淋浴間，房間地面都通過。床品勉強過關，因為被子有一角有若隱若現的臭味。但因為實在太困了，而且要早睡，就懶得管這些了，就一邊睡的。淋浴熱水非常熱。 我覺得這個價位上，考慮到有接送機的服務，以及房間還算衞生，就不挑啥毛病了。 會考慮下次轉機再來住。

Excellent hotel, really high standard Deluxe Special Room with every comfort Staff does not speak a word of English, this is a serious problem for check-in and any other matter. Asking them to call a taxi was a problem for half an hour, they don't understand anything, even with a translator it is very difficult to communicate. My stay here was wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and was cleaned daily. I particularly enjoyed using the complimentary bicycles to reach the subway station.

Quiet place for stay and near to the universe studio Just 2 stops of railway, and the railway stop is just right in front of the hotel, great. Air conditioning is a problem, room temperature up to 30°c and the windows can't open, but hotel can provide electric fans. Only low floor for the hotel.

非常好的一家賓館。一進門就香香的。前台小哥非常的親切。一開始的房間有些問題，提出後，小哥馬上安排換房間。房間設施齊全。藍牙音響好棒。電視可是可以投屏的。洗澡水水流很大，很舒服。總之非常滿意。 去環球是有免費班車接送的，很方便。賓館樓下有很多吃的，瑞幸，好利來都有，非常方便。酒店對面的串串香也很好吃，還有隔壁還有家賣肉夾饃的也很好吃。 提建議的話，一是可以改善一下排風，感覺排風的效果一般，第二，是一進門那個香香的味道，也可以搞到房間裏一些。第三，我覺得馬桶可以換一換，感覺它沖水效果不是很好。 願買賣大火，生意長虹！下次再去環球或來通州，還住你家！

Parents enjoyed stay very much. Rooms were neat and clean, and lots of restaurants and fast food nearby. Good for families, and extremely convenient if you plan on going to universal studios.

The hotel staff were amazing! The house keeper working late night on Saturday the 16th of November was way beyond expectation. I asked for her name from the reception staff and was told that her name was Joe (乔). I want to thank her again in here. She helped us so much with the laundry even though it was self-service. She was very helpful and welcoming. Please pass on the commendation to Joe. She even gave us some laundry detergent balls even though we had bought some detergent already! And she even helped with drying even though I wanted to do that by myself since it was self-service and it was not her job, also very late at night as well. The other hotel staff were also very welcoming even though they didn't speak much English. They tried to help with everything using translating websites. The only downside is that the room we got really had bad connections. We cannot use our own internet package due to poor connection and the hotel wi-fi (Chinese's wi-fi) does not work with non-Chinese applications like Line, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, or whatever other applications tourists tend to use. Nevertheless, we thought of it as a social media detox and the overall experience was worth the money. You get what you pay kinda deal. The location is also amazing. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to Universal Studio Beijing as well.
