Hotel di Botão

Hotel yang sangat sunyi. Walaupun terdapat bangunan yang megah, semua kakitangan sangat dekat dengan para tetamu dan mengambil berat tentang kebahagiaan mereka. Kali ini saya tinggal di bilik superior dengan tingkap besar. Kawasan dan cahaya langsung tandas adalah yang anda suka. Restoran ini menawarkan bufet seimbang, sarapan yang indah dan semua yang anda mahukan. Perkhidmatan restoran dan sarapan yang baik. Kakitangan penerimaan tetamu mempunyai profesionalisme yang sangat baik dan sikap yang sangat ramah. Saya cadangkan

It is a travel in time. Literally. Building is a jewel, truly extraordinary, in good shape. Common areas are in good shape yet a bit dated and lack decent lightning. it’s shame Bedrooms though are less than a 3 stars. All is BAD except the linen; lack of furniture; no tv channels; terrible lightning; it’s unexplainable. Bathroom is spacious and from the 1970s but I liked it very much design wise. The attitude of staff is VERY weird, as if everyone knew something is wrong. We arrived in a rainy evening. The check In person was nice but seemed lost or that he had drunk too much. Unclear. We had dinner and breakfast there. The price of wines is a scandal. Absurd. Food was ok, also overpriced. The hotel is clearly understaffed in order to be kept afloat. They ask you to please book the breakfast time. Staff was okish, old fashioned, not kind, burned out perhaps but trying to do their work ok. There was a strange demeanor though— most specially someone that identified himself as ‘Barman’ and that seemed to be the head of some mafia. Really bad energy from him. The whole thing does not feel credible, even the descriptions of the group to which the hotel belongs sound infatuated. To sum up: Is a grand and old hotel that clearly needs to change hands, enter in a diferent attitude towards hosting, get into a new type of grandeur and life that honors the incredible building and location. Now, for €107 with breakfast, I highly recommend it! Have dinner somewhere else or there, take your wifi, enjoy the park, wake up in the middle of the forest etc. breakfast is 4*.

Agak kecewa... menempah hujung minggu romantis dalam talian. Saya menempah bilik katil double, kami mempunyai bilik untuk 3 orang, katil tambahan, ini adalah bilik yang ditempah di Trip.com mengikut penerimaan tetamu. Tapak ini menyediakan bilik untuk 3 orang, tetapi ini tidak ditempah. Kehilangan ruang adalah besar dan TV kecil. Seperti yang dinyatakan dalam huraian yang belum kami dengar, tiada kemudahan riadah yang tersedia, dan tiada siapa yang menggunakan bar atau restoran. Walau bagaimanapun, penerimaan menyediakan manual (ini adalah pengurangan kecil untuk rakan kongsi). Tempat letak kereta tidak praktikal sehingga pukul 10 malam. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah asas, tetapi tidak selalu berkualiti tinggi (jus oren palsu...). Semut juga merupakan penduduk tempatan. Kami melihat mereka di atas meja sarapan pagi dan di dalam bilik kami! Pendek kata kekecewaan yang indah...Saya tidak mengesyorkan hujung minggu yang romantis... Walau bagaimanapun, bangunan ini sangat hebat.

The hotel is one of the lovliest I have ever been in Portugal (25 visits). Very unique, has a history and lovely drcorated. The gardens are great to stroll and the entire atmosphere is suberb. Rooms are comfortable and the meals are tasty. I did not give it 5 points due to 2 unprofessional acts that were made by the hotel. A suitcase of one of my travelers was missing and apparently was found a day later in a wrong room - The hotel has not find a way to express apology. The same traveler forgot shoes in her room that were found by the hotel but they never let us know that they found it ( for 5 days). In spite of that the hotel is highly recommended

Nice, big hotel with great views over Coimbra. This hotel is situated on a hill a little out of town. Our room was medium size with a K Size bed and a good sized bathroom. We stayed at this hotel as part of our tour with a group. Bathroom had a shower over the bath. No tea/coffee making facilities. Safe in the room. At night we could hear a lot of noise coming from music down below the hotel and other noisy guests in the passage ways. We had dinner at the hotel but found there were not enough staff to cater for the group ordering drinks. We were also unable to go to the bar to get a drink as it was not staffed.

Pela segunda vez visitamos a Aguieira, nesta vez no seu mais recente hotel. No conto geral a experiência foi agradável e cumpriu as expectativas, porém ainda uma grande margem de crescimento. 2 aspeto a considerar (que já tive a oportunidade de partilhar com os funcionários): - restaurante - grande desilusão, caro e fraco de qualidade. Não aconselho em nada o prato de lascas de bacalhau uma vez que foi mais um prato de espinhas com brôa. Em contrapartida, o lombo de boi foi uma agradável surpresa mesmo que ainda pudesse ser melhorado (bastava simplesmente deixá-lo repousar depois de confecionar uma vez que encheu o prato de sangue). O couvert é super básico, e o pão extremamente seco (bastava levá-lo ao forno por 1 minuto e já tinham enganado o cliente com ”pão fresco e acabadinho de fazer”); - ginásio - horário de funcionamento algo limitativo (abre às 9h e para quem se encontre em trabalho e gostava de treinar antes de ir trabalhar, acredito que seja completamente proibitivo). Para além disso, maior parte das máquinas não funcionam/funcionam mal. Tirando isso, de realçar a localização, as facilities, o pequeno almoço e o spa (experiência de massagem bastante agradável). The hotel is standard ibis. Staff is nice and speak English. Bar is open 24 hours. Parking is €8. Right now, there is construction by the river blocking views. Staff is great…. I left my purse in the bar, and they called the room to tell me and say they’d keep it at reception. They also helped with map and recommendations for restaurants.

Hotel is by beach . Room is big and clean. Breakfast is very good. The supermarket is in next door. The town Sitio near Nazare is on the cliffs. The views are very beautiful and looks down the beach and town. It worths the visit. The parking on the hilltop is limited but if you go there early , you are still able to find place to park. The receptionist is very good and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I found flat tire. The young guy worked at the front desk helped me to call the rental car company to solve the problem. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Beautiful historic hotel, comfy rooms, clean, quiet, fast hot water, loved the elevator, perfect location, nice breakfast, delicious coffee. The highlight was how helpful Louisa was with our confusing issue with the trains going on strike. She immediately researched our journey and found us solutions. I was amazing and will be forever grateful! From the moment I explained our predicament she went above and beyond to help us. The hotel alone was fabulous but Louisa is the diamond in this palace!

This is my go to hotel every year. The best hotel around this area in Portugal. The ladies are amazing. From front desk to the cleaning staff. They will amaze you with their kidness. They go above and beyond to meet our needs. My daughter doesn't drink regular milk and they provided almond milk as soon as they found out that that is the type of milk she drinks. Breakfast is amazing and fresh. The Coffee machines are incredible. You can get a fresh beverage 24/7. The place is the cleanest you will ever find. It is deserving if a 5 * review.
