"Bring mama for our first Milan trip. It is super comfy hotel. We have a very good sleep. We arrive around 11am, there is empty room and the staff let us to early check in. Really appreciate. Room is clean and smell good. And to lady, the hair dryer is okay to use. There is no kettle and slipper inside room but they provide upon request."

PPengguna TetamuAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and  Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price.  Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI had the pleasure of living there. Anything is nice and clean, there are free lockers, toiletries, as well as free tea/coffee, vegetables and pasta in the kitchen!!! That’s really surprise me. If I’m picky, I would say the water for bathroom is not hot enough. (if it’s winter, then it would be a problem. I don’t know whether they will provide hotter water during winter time.) But other than that, it’s fantastic and the overall experience was delightful.

BBobby0220A stone throw away from Milan Central with various transportation available to head to Duomo. Building is a little aged but it serves its purpose for a 1 night stay with clean toilet and a big bed. Lift up to the hotel is the old type with a manual gate

EElenaIt is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.

新新苗国际酒店非常新，服務員很熱情 離地鐵站有點距離 但是價格相較其它酒店很實惠 唯一一個問題就是被子由兩塊布夾在中間，半夜就會衹剩中間的被芯，有點不理解，為什麼不弄被套 整體感覺很好

GGürberThe hotel is situated next to the railway station, offering a tranquil setting amidst the bustling city centre. Surrounded by a variety of dining and entertainment options, it provides well-appointed room that are clean , bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is reasonably priced. For business travellers, it is the preferred choice. I shall certainly stay here again next time. Thank you.

JJulius LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING. TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed for 4 nights. The hotel seems to be newly built, very modern not like those traditional hotels in Europe. It provides 2 bottles of water, 2 small shower gel and shampoos, and disposable slippers which seem not very common in europe given the environment consideration. Heating is good. There is a radiator in the toilet, making it warm and nice in the cold Feb. The shower holder is loosen, so the water splashed and a bit hard to control. Location is not bad, 15 minutes by walk from Milano Centrale, 10 minutes by walk from the subway Sondrio. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient to transfer. The room is relatively good space for big suitcase. There is a safe in the room. The dining area is nice, though I didn’t take meals there. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, apart from one guy on a night shift who was rude and ruined my good impression of the hotel. Overall, a nice place to stay for me who came to Milan for the first time and was not very familiar with the local as someone from China.

Yyuwei_555Overall was quite good, for this quality and price are really high cost performance, if you need to store the luggage, you need to pay 2 euro, which is acceptable too, recommend this place.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey. Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
