Staff was informative and sent us information about how to get to the hotel as there was construction roadworks in front of the hotel. We really liked the cleanliness and the welcome gesture with some chocolates.

WestopiaThis is the best hostel in Milano! Everything was amazing, very nice common area and staff, they also have a bar which is great for social. I must mention that they have a fabulous kitchen with full range of cookware, and they also have pasta, cans and some vegetable which are free to use!

pharmacistoffdutyThe hotel is just opposite the Milano central and the bus station to airport. Very very convenient. Hotel is clean, may hear passerby or vehicles noise from room. Not for light sleeper. Room is pretty spacious, which is good for us to open our luggages for packing.. there is elevator (small and old) but saves us from carrying our luggages up the stairs. Overall, a good experience!

Pengguna TetamuThe hotel is new and the staff are polite, but on the very first night, we found small bugs in our bed. The staff agreed to move us to another room. However, there were bugs there too. This is certainly not what we expected from a four-star hotel.

It is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.

Pengguna TetamuThe room was basic but clean and good enough for our three night stay. We walked into the city centre (about 25 min) and we enjoyed wandering around the neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was a great location.

Julius LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING.
TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.

cs.levThe wifi was incredibly bad. I had no reception in the room just at the door! The body wash was empty and never filled up even after another housekeeping. Shampoo is bad, most likely the same they put into the body wash. Room was clean and comfy
