Stayed here one night pre-Antartic cruise and it was organised by the cruise company. The rooms look dated and some of the fittings, particularly in the bathroom needs replacing since they were broken. For the price point, it was disappointing if I had paid myself. Staff were friendly at check in and check out. Personally I would choose a different hotel unless you need to be in recoleta specifically

Beautiful place, Luciana is the best 😉. Great selection of traditional recipes from immigrants adapted with local Argentinian ingredients. Open kitchen design is nice. The aged meat is a must try, great wine selection and ice cream are to die for!! 🤤.

Having traveled extensively with my wife, I’ve stayed in many hotels, but my week at Hotel Casa Lucia in BA was truly memorable. Upon entering my junior suite room, I felt a warm sense of comfort that made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel’s location in Arroyo street (Parisian flair) made it easy to enjoy the city’s vibrant energy. Each morning, I eagerly anticipated the buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly, adding a personal touch to each interaction. I especially enjoyed talking with Carolina, the bartender, whose passion for mixology led to some fantastic cocktails in Cantabria. The attention of Agustina to detail and genuine service made my stay unforgettable. It wasn’t just about comfort; the thoughtful touches and culinary experiences left lasting memories, and I can’t wait to return to BA.

This was my second stay at Novotel Buenos Aires. It is located in the heart of downtown on Avenida Corrientes just down the street from El Oblisco (the Obelisk), the iconic monument in Buenos Aires. This hotel is in the heart of the theater district and within easy walking distance of nice malls like Galleria Pacifico. I love the location and the breakfast buffet is very nice. My room was clean, well appointed and in good condition. House keeping took good care of my room every day. The hotel is extremely close to the subway line which makes the whole city easy to reach. My overall feeling is that for my business stay, this hotel was just right. If I came back for a personal vacation with my family, I would also be very comfortable at this Novotel. Great value for what you get. A small gym, a pool and very close to some amazing restaurants.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Great hotel in great location 2 blocks from the Obelisk. Central to everything with lots of tourist shops nearby. Restaurants all within very short walking distance.
Could change up the variety of food selection available at their daily breakfast. Does not have a business centre as advertised as it was taken away during the pandemic and never replaced. Front desk allowed me to use one of their desktop computers to check in my flight and print boarding passes. I would definitely recommend staying at the NH Tango.

We just spent a week in Buenos Aires and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The room was a bit small but still quite manageable. Bring slippers, as the tile floor in the room gets quite cold. I'd also recommend you bring a few coat hangars with you, the wire type you get from your dry cleaners that you don't mind leaving behind. There isn't a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from the front desk. You can also get an iron and ironing board from housekeeping if you need them. There is no U.S. type electrical outlet in the room but there is one European type. The included breakfast was adequate--pastries, cold cuts, dry cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you arrive early, the front desk will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a block away is a small, family-run place called Viejo Alsina that features excellent food at a very inexpensive price. The famous San Telmo Market is an easy half-,mile walk. For some reason Uber cannot pick you up or drop you off near the hotel. It's about a quarter-mile to the nearest pickup point. However, the car service (Talixo) we booked to and from the airport was allowed to pull up at the lobby door. That was $74 round trip. All in all, this hotel was perfect and the price was a bargain ($321 for the week). That may have been the winter rate, but winter is the best time to visit BA.

日本人です。もし今後来る日本人に少しでも役立つ情報を送れればと思います。
・場所は少しわかりづらい。ただ、市内にすぐ出られる場所に位置してるので移動が怖くない。
・サービスは素晴らしい。現地で宿泊税のようなものがかかるので注意。
・清掃もかなり細かくやってくれて次の日も清潔に過ごせる。
・シャンプー、ボディーソープなどはあるが、髭剃りは無いので持参するべき。シャワーはたまに水の出が悪くなったりする。
・朝食は朝10時まで。部屋にはコーヒー用水1本がテーブルの上に、冷蔵庫の中に水2本炭酸水2本オレンジジュース1本ビール2缶。お菓子が2つほどある。

酒店位置非常好，房間夠大設備也不錯。但服務比較生硬，我們第二天是南森號郵輪預訂的客房，二位客人拼房但給的卻是大床房，二個陌生人沒法睡的。協商很久也解決不了，最後補一條被子睡沙發了事！另外團隊到酒店已經夜晚一點多了，還要在前台排隊一個一個的登機入住，而不能事先準備好房卡直接入住！
我們南極郵輪迴程住索芙特酒店，到前台房卡都已經全部準備好了，很方便！

PPengguna Tetamu How a hostel should be run. One of the best I've ever stayed in, in 20 years of travelling. Curtains, charger, light and a lock box for every bed. Large lockers in the room. Rooms are super spacious. They have individual safety boxes with a password in the reception area and a camera watching them so you can leave valuables. Fastidiously clean. Cleaned multiple times a day. All sheets, curtains are super clean. Many large, private bathrooms around the hostel with free soap, shampoo, conditioner. Activities almost everyday ranging from empanada and mate making to tango lessons. A wide range of common areas: 2 large, clean well stocked kitchens, a quiet room, a work room, a garden. Free water dispensers. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Safe because you need to buzz in every time. Someone is there 24/7. Right next to Florida Calle for money changing. Closest subway is 2 minutes away. Lots of shops, restaurants super close by. Including a really great, affordable, vegetarian self service place and a really nice restaurant with great meat where you get a discount for being a hostel customer. I stayed there initially and went back after a trip to Patagonia. They let me leave my luggage while I was in Patagonia. Sorry for the long review but having travelled a lot and stayed in many hostels, I was really impressed with how this hostel was run. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. PPengguna TetamuFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

PPengguna Tetamu 725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is situated in the heart of town - so many fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars on its doorstep. Facilities are basic but the room was very clean and the breakfast more than adequate. The perfect hotel for creating a base in the heart of Buenos Aires. The real plus we’re the excellent staff who were on hand and eager to assist with everything. Very knowledgable helpful and kind - special mention to Danny, Sarah and Gabriel who were excellent, all three went above and beyond, so a huge thanks to the three of you - you made us so very welcome. Nos veremos de nuevo muy pronto

Nice location with very clean rooms, most the places that we wanted to visit. 10-20min walking distance, for longer trips we used Uber . But best part during our visit was the front desk staff, Zaria and Nestor was exceptionally nice and super professional. Zaire made sure that we have best possible experience during our visit in hotel and even giving us tips where to go and what to visit . Overall A++ Thank you .

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for 1 night around 2 weeks ago before our cruise. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the front desk host, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel late morning after a long flight from the US. We were relieved that our room was ready. We were starving and Daniel recommended a restaurant near the hotel that was excellent and affordable. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of the plaza. It was in a great location and we walked all over and saw landmarks like the Obelisk and Teatro Colon. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and sofa. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this hotel and it was very good value.

The hotel is safe & staff were very helpful. Only (minor) negative was that yhe rooms don’t have kettles so you need to walk down to level 1 to get hot water (bit odd). But it’s a good hotel and worth a visit.

An excellent location close to Av Florida in the centre of town and walking distance to the Buquebus Ferry Terminal for a trip to Uruguay. The bed and room is very comfortable and breakfast is good. The staff were all courteous and friendly. We stayed here for 2 nights then a week in Uruguay before returning for 2 more nights. We left some of our luggage here for a week with no charge. On our second visit our room fronted the street which gave a view of the street performance on the intersection of Lavalle & Florida. We would certainly stay at this very reasonably priced hotel again.

Excellent Punto cafe across the road, a Western Union branch round the corner, police station 2-3 blocks down, lotsa grocery stores around you, walking distance to San Telmo market, location is Babel Studio’s greatest advantage.
The other thing about location would be Argentinian late night party culture, you may not get a good nights sleep.
Clean and spacious room, reliable AC, hot water and pressure, it ticks the boxes for what one would expect in a stay. The only improvement I would hope for is to adjust the shower head holder, I’m 6 ft and can reach it comfortably but for someone shorter it might be a stretch.
Also the monochrome design is modern and attractive but the white lighting makes the room feel harsh on the eyes. Warm lighting would do wonders for the space.
We did not have a smooth check in experience and was stranded outside for 15 min until another guest let us in as they were leaving. Would be good to receive check in info prior to the stay as the reception is not manned round the clock.
Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend.

PPengguna TetamuEs un gran hotel que se encuentra ubicado en una de las mejores y más lindas zonas de CABA (y las entradas al subte están muy próximas) y se encuentra bastante insonorizado. Es un hotel muy amplio y cómodo. El desayuno es cumplidor. Entregan artículos de aseo personal y el Wifi funcionó muy bien, permitiéndonos trabajar allí mismo. Si podría mejorar es la cantidad de enchufes (tomas) en cada habitación, ya que nuestra habitación solo tenía 1 disponible. La pileta no la pudimos utilizar porque estaba vacia los días que fuimos.
