Hotel Bukovina

The internet connection cant be worse... The food isnt good aswell and almost everything else that you want additionally is paid- you only have tap water for free. Overall this hotel is really bland, nothing unique to it other than a massive amount of pools they have outside for no reason whatsoever...

Wonderful, always helpful and kind staff that creates the atmosphere of this extraordinary place. Special thanks to Mrs. Teresa from the restaurant, emanating great kindness, professionalism - always with a beautiful smile. We highly recommend the spa, with great physiotherapists - here special thanks to Mrs. Svetlana, Kamila, Magdalena and Mr. Mateusz. Thank you very much to the lifeguard Marcin for creating a great atmosphere. In addition, according to previous reviews, a great menu in the restaurant, clean rooms cleaned every day. We hope to visit this place in the future.

The hotel handles too many guests poorly. To eat breakfast you sometimes had to wait in line for a free table similarly with dinner. There is also a queue for coffee machines . At the thermal pools also a huge crowd finding a free place in the jacuzzi area in the pools is virtually impossible. If you did not buy a suite then the "quiet zone" at the pools extra charge. Hotel guests must take wet towels from the pools to the rooms can not be returned/replaced by the pools. Few attractions for children. On the plus side - very warm water in the pools, large underground parking lot, hotel spa, varied menu.

I brought my family here for a week of skiing. I regularly travel to Poland because of my Polish roots but this was a first time ski trip to Poland for my daughter, son-in-law and husband, who are more used to skiing in France and Austria. They have really enjoyed their stay. Rooms are clean and well presented. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast, the staff friendly and obliging. Ski school was easy to organise for my grandchildren. I have been particularly impressed with the hotel driver, who is always punctual to take us up to the ski slopes. The reception staff were also very obliging when my husband lost my laptop. They rang round everywhere possible until we were able to locate it on the ski bus! My only small gripe are the very high prices in the hotel shop compared to prices outside of the hotel. Otherwise a great stay, and alternative to the usual European ski resorts that we Brits frequent. The thermal baths have been a treat, especially as access is from the hotel.

We've spent three nights at the Hotel Bukovina and couldn't be happier! The room was large, with expansive windows facing the woods, with plenty of sunshine in the afternoon. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very stylish. The spa was accessible from he hotel and consists of multiple warm water pools (I lost count!), three large ones of which are outdoors. Incredibly relaxing. We were a 10 minute drive from the Tatra mountains so it was absolutely lovely to be able to soak in warm water after a few hours hiking. The buffet breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard, with a large selection of high quality foods. I am SO happy we decided to stay here and would love to have the opportunity to be back again in the future!

Za namową rodziców którzy byli już kilka razy gośćmi tego hotelu postanowiłam przyjechać by obejrzeć obiekt i być może zarezerwować pobyt na przyszły rok. Mieszkamy za granicą i szukamy obiektu w którym moglibyśmy się zatrzymać w przyszłości. Hotel jest piękny, okolica przecudowna... Najpierw prosto z parkingu zajrzelismy do Active Baru by chwilę odpocząć i napić się czegoś ciepłego. Absolutnie tragiczna obsługa. Zero reakcji na nasze przybycie, brak odpowiedzi na dzień dobry, staliśmy przy barze by zamówić a Pani za barem (pani Julia) nas ignorowała robiąc coś innego. W końcu udało się nam zamówić...Pani wręcz warczała i sprawiała wrażenie, że jest tu za karę i swojej pracy nienawidzi. Uśmiechu na twarzy brak, zerowy kontakt wzrokowy. Kilka razy musieliśmy powtarzać co chcemy zamówić, Pani była znudzona, bezczelna, wdawała się z niepotrzebne dyskusję i pyskowała. Zwróciłam jej nawet uwagę iż jest niemiła...zero reakcji. Ktoś tak nienadający się do tej pracy nie powinien tam pracować.. .nie lubisz ludzi to nie pracuj z klientami. Sa pracuję w hotelu i nie wyobrażam sobie tak potraktować klienta. Raczej już nie wrócimy.

Gościliśmy w Hotelu Bukowina podczas Mistrzostw Polski Biznesu, Artystów i Sportu w Snookerze. Organizacja na najwyższym poziomie. Pan Marcin Nitschke zaprezentował swój profesjonalizm i niezwykłą dbałość o najmniejsze szczegóły. Przez cały czas trwania Mistrzostw czuć było pasję do dobrej zabawy oraz do zdrowej i zaciętej rywalizacji. Obsługa hotelu stanęła na wysokości zadania. Świetnie zorientowana i bardzo pomocna. Jedzonko w restauracji przepyszne. Pokój wygodny i bardzo czysty. Pobyt umilały atrakcje strefy wellness, fantastyczny masaż i relaksujące termy. Pobyt wspaniały. Bardzo dziękujemy.

Doskonały Kompleks termalny niestety obsługa nie reaguje na bardzo hałaśliwe zachowanie dzieci, pokoje bardzo akustyczne słychać każdy hałas ,poza okropną nie ściętą jajecznicą jajecznicą śniadania dobre Na terenie term niestety tłok ogromny i brak dystansu w czasach covidu

To nasz kolejny pobyt w hotelu, tym razem w okresie zimowym. Hotel jest fantastyczny, super położony - z dala od tłumów. Dwie kwestie zasługują na szczególne wyróżnienie: 1) Obsługa – wszyscy są super pomocni i uprzejmi 2) Kuchnia/Restauracja – gratulacje dla Szefa Kuchni i wszystkich osób zaangażowanych w przygotowanie posiłków. Wg mnie jest to poziom b. dobrego 5* hotelu. Bardzo wysoka jakość posiłków i produktów. Naprawdę genialne jedzenie.
