Hotel berhampiran Ferris Wheel Cancun, Cancun

Saya sangat menikmati asrama ini! Ia mempunyai getaran yang baik dan orang-orang sangat akomodatif! Ia juga berwarna dan saya suka orang dan kawasan umum. Asrama ini sungguh sejuk tetapi menyeronokkan pada masa yang sama!

Les photos sur Trip sont 10 fois mieux que l’hôtel en lui même la douche est froide il n’y avait pas la télécommande de la climatisation et ils prennent des frais à votre arrivée pour le nettoyage de la chambre ce qui n’est pas inscrit sur la réservation sinon dans l’ensemble sa reste correcte pour passer quelques nuits dans l’hôtel mais sans plus.

The check-in was good, the guy on reception was kind and it seemed to be perfect vacation, but later happened 2 situations… 1. I left the part of my cash in a bag, and someone still 100 dollars from there, probably thinking, that “gringo” don’t calculate it… just 1 day before I took part from there to change and next day after midnight there were 1 banknote less. Of course I couldn’t prove it so it have no sense to tell about it. 2. Also smbd stole 1 chocolate (that’s not 100 dollars, but that was a present, which was bringing from another country - like a present from the trip)… 3. And last thing, there’s been an incident when three member staff were snooping around our room in our absence. And we have returned too early. They came up with excuses that they were worried about the safe situation. My friend had left her jacket in the safe. But that does not excuse them for intruding our space and letting our door open for everyone to see The cleaning ladies cleaned our room more or less good (sometimes forget about balcony 😅) and they have never changed our bed linens, but we spend there 17 nights… Little bit compensated by the good location, beach and tourist operator at the hotel, but not enough to fill yourself safely and comfortable.

Location not bad. nice vibes and incredible view in the laguna. cleaners don t know how to do wed or it s a local use put the sheetcon top of duvet... non very hygienic. but in general its ok. the swimming pool is dirty.... so no usable. we saw people swimming was the water was green . the worst think about the place is the staff. completely rude and not helpful. expecially one girl... she was not even answer back to good morning/hello and to the thank you. they sell tours...we asked about chichen itza and they didn't give us any recommendations or offer tour. most time just chatting with each other. very uncomfortable as i said the place is okeish but they should hire more customers service oriented people because it s really bad. we spoke with other h guests and we all have same feeling

The experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

Cancun的Hyatt Ziva是我會無限次去的酒店之一。 第一、酒店內部有2棟樓，僅成人入住的高層樓配有頂樓無邊泳池，大堂入口需要刷的門禁卡，私密性好。 家庭房可帶小童入住又分兩種房，海豚房和海景房，到酒店前台升級了1晚海豚房（加100美金），落地玻璃門推開就是海豚區域，一共有六條海豚，可以和海豚拍照，小朋友可以獨立拍照的100美金，需要成人陪着進水池的200美金2個人30分鐘，值得體驗。 我個人覺得還是海景房好，推開大落地玻璃門就是一望無際的果凍海，也比海豚房安靜，海豚區域隨時都可以過去看海豚，所以海豚房的意義不大。 第二、酒店的八大餐廳都去吃了一遍，早餐都是在自助餐風味的餐廳裏吃的，品種豐富，可滿足各個國家人的口味，最推薦的就是意大利餐廳、法國餐廳，是點菜的方式。還有酒店配有無限量暢吃的甜品屋（中午12：00～晚上9：00），蛋糕甜品都是我強烈推薦去品嚐的，奶油做的特別好，不甜不膩，不像美國的蛋糕齁齁齁甜～ 第三、強烈推薦海邊小屋，早9～晚6，配有點餐、酒水、椰子、按摩的服務，一天150美金。 第四、帶孩子的家長一定要把送到Kidz club，圖十二配圖為裏面的活動，裏面配有6位老師，都是非常非常nice的女生，熱情對孩子們超級有愛，我的女兒每天都要去。活動也特別豐富，串手串、手繪帽子、製作相框、海邊挖沙子、卡丁車比賽等等，帶娃的家長可解放雙手。 第五、酒店的服務人員態度非常好，1、5、10美元的錢多帶一些用於吃飯給各個餐廳的廚師及服務人員。酒店的亞洲餐廳有鐵板燒是需要預約的，可通過管家預約。 第六、喜歡喝酒的朋友們可盡情的享受一下，酒店的酒吧從早上開到晚上11點，最好給調酒師一些小費這樣你喝到的調酒酒精含量會好一些，否則喝起來像果汁🤭 第七、酒店外面步行5分鐘就是當地的超市，購買紀念品可以去超市買，價格比較便宜，一定不要去步行街購買紀念品，價格是超市價格的10倍。 有些遺憾的是我們這次沒有匹配到管家，因為每個房間都配有私人管家，會講中文的管家在我們入住的一週裏面沒有上班。因為刷到管家會送房間裏紅酒，每個房間都配有服務的ipad，點餐大概40分鐘後送到，服務特別周到。 無論是親子入住還是情侶入住這家酒店是必去之處，強烈推薦。

I booked the Pyramid - Ocean Front room with two other couples based on the online reviews and the fancy brochure I perused online and I wish I could give it 5 stars. To begin with, I booked the Ocean Front room as this was supposed to be an adult-only block of rooms, yet they were not -- there were families with children in this block of hotel rooms, which was quite annoying as I was charged more for choosing the ocean front - adult-only room. Having to go up a set of stairs before reaching the elevators that would take us to our hotel room -- with luggage, mind you, was not fun at all. A huge design flaw. Check-in was fairly quick because we booked the rooms with the black wristband and so that was okay--we avoided a long line. The rooms were clean but the two bathrooms were extremely dated--not at all what you see in the pictures. The pillows were awesome and the bed was comfy enough. The alcoholic beverages were awful, awful, awful. They were extremely watered down and quite frankly a huge disappointment. The choices were extremely limited and what they offered was not good at all--not even the margaritas. The food was okay at the two buffet halls that we frequented----and as with every other review--we couldn't get a reservation at Careyes or Benazuza the nicer restaurants on the property--as they were booked well in advance. The Italian restaurant--La Trattoria was horrible--the food was undercooked and flavorless. We ended up leaving the restaurant and going to eat at the buffet hall--which is where ate for the rest of our stay. There's a lot of walking and a lot of little bridges throughout the property so wear comfortable shoes. The pool was nice and clean, but there wasn't really an adults-only area. We had no trouble finding lounge chairs and if you sit away from the swim-up bar, they do have poolside servers offering drinks--but again, watered-down versions of any alcoholic beverage requested. To get to the beach get ready to go down a huge set of stairs -- the water was very choppy, but if you like the waves like I do, then you'll definitely enjoy the beautiful blue-green water. If you booked your stay with JetBlue Vacations --as we did -- and you added the free transportation (Insider Experience) be sure to schedule your departure well in advance (3 days) or you will have to pay for a taxi to take you to the airport because they will not pick you up nor answer their phone. Also, have your info handy when you arrive at their bus/taxi pick-up location as you're going to need it to even get on the bus to be taken to your hotel. All in all a big disappointment--so I'm glad we only booked a 4-day/3 night mini vacation. We made the best of it and it was nice to get away, but we will definitely not be returning to this property.

Overall this is a decent resort with a good amount of entertainment for a younger crowd. There are lots of options for dining but if you spend your time in the buffet, the options will get a bit repetitive and are lesser in quality. There are different shows and parties each day with a new theme to keep things fresh. The staff are nice but do expect to wait in a line for drinks at most any of the bars. The rooms were clean but are beginning to show a bit of their age. Check in was smooth and checkout was even easier. They do offer Covid testing if that is something that you will need but be sure to book when you arrive as time slots can fill up quickly. Overall, the strong points of this hotel are the massive and beautiful pool, a long and well maintained beach, many options for dining, and a fun and active atmosphere.

Отличное соотношение цена\качество. Отель находится в едином комплексе с торговым центром, где есть все необходимые магазины и рестораны. Спасибо ребятам с ресепшн что посоветовали Sanborns, отличное место где можно найти диетическую еду, для человека с непереносимостью глютена и панкреатитом. Отличное место, вернусь сюда вновь.
