"Let me first say, hotels are always looking for a good review, but I will only give a good review if I honestly feel they deserve it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Qixian~ the resort grounds are absolutely stunning. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to discover that the resort has been thoughtfully designed to feel part of the rainforest. Everywhere you look there are giant boulders, gurgling clear streams, ancient trees and hidden trails that make you feel you are walking deep in a forest. All you hear are the birds and the water rushing in the streams! We have travelled all over China, and this is the quietest, most authentic feeling nature spot we have ever experienced. In addition, there are so many hot springs you can choose to relax in, or you can use the hot spring attached to your balcony! The restaurant has a good variety and we liked everything we ordered, it was fresh and flavorful, we tried the pork ribs and braised tofu, both delicious, but the green coconut filled buns were a perfect ending! The lobby staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us all kinds of upgrades! You can get pickup on the carts anytime, but we preferred to walk and enjoy the beauty, the resort grounds feel huge, but honestly its well designed so you can reach any spot in 5-10 minutes. Also, they have all kinds of activities you can join. We really enjoyed the rainforest walk, the lady from the Li family that conducted the walk was so lovely, we could tell she really had a connection to the forest and just radiated joy as she showed us all the plants, it was one of the highlights of our stay! Our room was clean, the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The view onto the palm forest was so relaxing to look at as we soaked in the spring. The infinity pool was spectacular, the setting is gorgeous and peaceful. The coconuts and dessert we ordered were really good, however, the drinks we ordered were awful and maybe they can get some more outgoing staff to work at the pool bar, maybe because it was winter time and less people are at the pool? Breakfast is served in a building that overlooks the river, there is ALL kinds of food, if you are a Westerner you can find fried eggs, toast, and pastries. But I recommend going to the area where fresh rice noodle is made for you on the spot, add toppings and fried eggs, it was delicious! There are some rustic areas to the resort- it feels a bit abandoned in areas, like its just too big to keep up with ie. Giant empty pools, some of the buildings look in desperate need of refurbishing, but overall we felt like the resort was truly beautiful and amenities really made this a great value for the price we paid. We are already planning to come back when we need a break from the city!"

"The room was clean, the location was good (long distance bus stop in front, town center, restaurants on walk distance). But what we'll remember is the owner. She was so friendly, recommended some places to eat, made sure we'd have a bus back, and spent a lot of time to help us find something lost back."

"Memorable stay in a tropical rainforest with five star amenities. If you are driving there, let the guard know to point you to the hotel guest VIP parking spot. Take all your luggage with you because there will be a shuttle cart taking you 6 km up the mountain into the resort. Once there, you will likely be eating at the only restaurant in the park. I was genuinely surprised at how good the food was and the price was very fair (for picky Hong Kong guests). Enjoyed the night adventure in the rainforest and the trek during the day. Definitely a highlight for my round the island drive of Hainan."

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. "這次來保亭選擇了維也納酒店，住了一週下來感覺特別好。第一天我們早上就到了保亭，因為看一般酒店都得下午才能辦理入住，我們就提前一天打電話給前台問是否能夠一早入住，前台特別好的給我們預留好了房間，讓我們一早就辦理好了入住。酒店地理位置也很好，附近非常熱鬧方便，從酒店走廊的陽台望出去能看到遠處的七仙嶺。入住期間酒店人員的服務也都特別好，路過前台時前台人員都會微笑問好，打掃的工作人員也會來詢問適合來打掃的時間，儘量不打擾到我們住客。我們退房離開後發現我們房間遺留的物品，還特別打電話來聯繫我們，服務真的很好！下一次再來保亭還是會繼續選擇你們家的！"

"Спасибо отелю за потрясающих два дня! Атмосфера полного спокойствия и уединения с природой. Особенно понравились занятия йогой по утрам — отличная возможность расслабиться. Очень необычным и интересным опытом стало переписывание священных писаний: это помогает замедлиться, сосредоточиться и почувствовать внутреннее спокойствие. Также мы прокатились по озеру, невероятно красивые виды. Сходили на «Тропу здоровья», маршрут проходит среди живописных джунглей. Отдельное спасибо прекрасной девушке 吉茹, скрасила наше пребывание безупречным сервисом. Это место отлично подойдёт тем, кто хочет отдохнуть от суеты, насладиться природой и спокойствием."

"一家人出來旅遊，朋友建議訂戴斯酒店，果然沒有讓我失望，酒店環境優美，園區綠化很好，大堂前台壁畫有個性，很漂亮，房間衞生極佳，前台辦理入住手續快速，服務熱情周到，給我們介紹了保亭的一些美食美景，很棒哦，早上下去用早餐豐富，忘記拍照了，衹記得吃了，哈哈"

"房間很大，浴室很大，露台超大。房間備品也還可以。由於是吊腳樓一樓的房間，採光稍有不足，但好在露台有頂棚，基本上可以全天待在露台上，二樓視野好很多，但全天太陽直曬，沒有陽傘。房間裏還有反映當地民俗文化的書，非常贊！ 由於在雨林裏，蚊子不僅多而且威力巨大，但露台上不能點明火蚊香，所以需要提前帶好防蚊噴霧。 早餐非常一般，和價格相匹配。但風景很好，也算是一種補償了。 電瓶車接送隨叫隨到，也很及時。 各部門領導服務態度都很好。 景區的大喇叭每天早上八點半開始，下午五點半結束，然後晚上六點半到八點是篝火晚會。想要睡懶覺是萬萬不可能的。 但是空氣實在是太好，於是一切不完美就都是可以接受的了"

"We stayed in honeymoon villa with private pool and an amazing view. The whole place is full of different villas but the most of them are under reconstruction. We enjoyed our stay here, it is a bit isolated but very charming and lovely for those who are seeing perfectly relaxing holiday far from noise. Hosts were very kind, escpecially young girl who welcomed us and who helped us a lot. Another lady took me by car to city to buy some food for dinner. We were positively suprised with a quantity of food for breakfast, we couldnt finish it. I would like surely to come back here and stay longer."
