"從瀋陽到本溪，路程很近，高速一路暢通，開車過來特別方便。酒店整體環境不錯，温泉體驗也很棒。 特別想表揚一下夜間安保小黃（姓黃）。 當天晚上游完泳後，打算把濕泳衣處理一下第二天繼續泡温泉，當時已經晚上快10點了，洗衣房的阿姨們都下班了，本來挺失望的。小黃看出了我的失望，沒有衹是簡單説句抱歉，而是主動幫我想辦法——一邊帶我去可以晾衣服的地方，一邊在路上給我想了兩三種能讓衣服更幹、第二天穿得更舒服的方法。整個過程特別耐心，真的讓人很感動。 這本來完全不是他的本職工作，他衹是一個夜間安保，卻能有這樣全心為客人着想、以客人為上的服務意識。年紀輕輕，卻有這樣的責任心和主動性，真的是很難得的人才。希望酒店經理能看到這條評價，對小黃給予表揚和獎勵，這樣用心服務的員工值得被珍惜和重用。 兩點小建議： 一是早餐如果單買的話40-50元一位，但質量感覺不太值這個價，如果含在房價裏倒還好，不過攜程上有的房型顯示含早、有的不含，建議統一；二是如果能有個24小時自助烘乾衣服的地方就更完美了，畢竟温泉酒店泳衣使用頻率高。 還有一條大建議： 退房時間的設定不太合理，有點霸王條款的感覺。正常應該是12點退房，但如果第二天還想繼續泡温泉，就必須10點前退房——超過10點就不能再兑温泉券了，得提前把行李都收拾好。如果統一改成12點退房就更合理了，客人體驗也會好很多。 總體來説瑕不掩瑜，衝著小黃這樣的服務，下次還會再來，也會推薦給朋友！"

"花溪谷温泉酒店是我本溪的第一站，訂的是山景大床房，推窗可見青山，睡覺非常涼爽，不需要開空調。早晨起來後可以去對面的山間步行，看看最原始的野花野草，喂一喂小鹿，欣賞黑天鵝。房間費用含雙早和雙人兩天各一次温泉票，早餐還不錯。房間比較寬敞，但衹有淋浴，沒有浴缸，衞生條件還好，床品和浴巾毛巾質量都很好。山景房在陽面，房間不潮。 這個温泉酒店總共三層，我的房間在2樓，沒有電梯，2樓一共160多個房間，所以有一條長長的大走廊，我住的是2071，屬於中間，那也要走挺遠。如果行李多就會比較麻煩。 酒店的温泉很好。因為我是工作日期間去的，人不多，水很清，我兩天去了兩次，有一些湯池就衹有我一個人，週末人就會很多了。湯池的品類也很多，紅酒池，葯池等等，大多都在樹蔭裏，曬不着。最大的一個游泳池，適合帶小孩子玩兒。藍天碧水青山裡戲水，感覺很美。 作為一個景區，這個條件就算可以了，但按照500多的價格，設備設施還是稍顯陳舊了些。 總體體驗還是不錯的，尤其在大山中醒來，那種清爽，那種全身每個毛孔都吸滿眼的舒適，值得停留一程。"

"Location was slightly off the grid, but still giving it a 4stars for location because the view there is to die for. By the time we arrived around mid oct, already 30-40% of the autumn leaves were yellow/red. Could imagine the view being much more amazing when 100% of it turns yellow/red. Room was clean, service was great. The in-room hot spring spa was already great, but the outdoor ones were even better. Nothing beats a hot spa in freezing weather. If you're not local/doesn't have your own transport it might be a bit of a inconvenience, but the hotel service/staff definitely helped by bringing us to the nearest scenic spot. Will definitely recommend this place."

"本溪水洞附近的一家民宿，在這家民宿周圍也有其他的民宿，但是他家是唯一一個讓我覺得很温馨的一個民宿，環境非常的優美，還有一個很温馨的小院兒 ，而且設施設備非常的新，洗髮精、沐浴露，護髮素、牙具、坐便套、吹風機、浴帽，洗手液，一次性拖鞋，衞生間有洗澡穿的拖鞋，毛巾浴巾還有 4 瓶礦泉水，床可以加温，窗簾也是電動的，老闆，老闆娘還有叔叔阿姨待人非常熱情厚道。早餐雖然品種不多，但是很乾凈，味道超級好，炒飯，炒麪，雞蛋和小菜自助形式，大家能吃多少盛多少，這個民宿真的是非常好👍強烈推薦"
