"It was a pleasant stay for us here as we were welcome with tea and Fruits platter once we checked in. The room was clean, with great entertainment system (projector which allows us to stream movie). The sound system was great and we really enjoyed the our time inside the room sipping tea while watching a movie. The hotel is also near a food street nearby (attached pic). Overall, would recommend!"

"Promises of the ultimate luxury falls short.
I was looking forward to this Wanda Mandarin Oriental label , which promises good value accomodation in cities throughout China. Perhaps it was just me, was intending to stay two nights, got just one, as a conference was taking place so it was a full house. This is an expansive site nestled in mid-tawn. Staffs were helpful but stretched, as such the beautifull indoor swimming pool opened from 11 am to 8 pm, lunch could not be served."

"網上訂的這個希苑酒店，實際體驗很好。首先酒店地理位置優越距離湖邊也很近。其次酒店建築正規服務熱情周到。早餐基本能夠吃飽，中式的有白米粥和饅頭小包餃子；西式有麪包蛋糕等。並配有西瓜哈密瓜小西紅柿李子等新鮮水果。客房每天打掃衞生沒有異味。前台小姐姐服務熱情有問必答。陽台上配有一個躺椅和一個搖搖椅，休息的時候很愜意。此酒店附近還輕易找到銅鍋魚石鍋魚等特色美食。"

"前台工作人員温柔有耐心，辦理入住速度很快，還主動提醒早餐時間、配套設施以及周邊遊玩吃飯的地方。保潔阿姨每天打掃細緻，主動補齊飲用水和洗漱用品，説話輕聲細語，不會隨意打擾。中途需要加被子、多拿幾瓶水，聯繫前台之後很快就送到房間，響應特別及時。所有人的服務都恰到好處，熱情卻不刻意，細節裏全是真誠。

"The hotel is huge with a big aquirium in the lobby, there is also a giant fantastic outdoor playground (need to add on but price is reasonable) and a free indoor playground. We stayed during weekday and got Free Upgrade to better room with lake view. Buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food, taste wise is Ok. Services generally good and they let us extend checkout time to 2pm. Kids love it and had a great time staying there!"

"The entry is so calming. A nice open space with plants all around. The Chinese couple owning the Hotel were very sweet even though we couldn’t converse with them (they didn’t speak English and we can’t speak Chinese). They let us store our two bicycles in the house. The room is large and the bathroom is massive. There’s a bit of road noise with the windows open (on the second level). There’s no lift. They owner walked us to a neighbouring restaurant which was very nice. In the morning they both saw us off on our ride. "

"第一次來撫仙湖旅遊，在希爾頓和寶麗灣之間猶豫了幾天，最終選了新建的寶麗灣。事實證明體驗很好，新酒店硬件很棒，沒有裝修的味道。房間面積很大，雙床尺寸很寬敞，適合帶娃旅行的家庭。酒店的公區佈置得也很漂亮，湖景一覽無餘，躺在泳池邊的沙發上吹着涼風鬆弛感拉滿！
服務人員也挺熱情的，辦入住後主動幫忙拿行李引導去電梯🛗沒有碰到評論區裏提到的冷漠服務。
酒店在撫仙湖東線，離撫仙湖化石博物館很近，帶娃的家庭可以順路去玩一下。"
