"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Litang. The service was truly amazing — the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from arranging transportation to helping us find food. In the evenings, they even served us tea and snacks like nuts, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The only downsides were related to comfort and facilities. The room was quite cold, and unfortunately the heater didn’t warm it up enough, so we felt cold during our stay. In addition, there wasn’t a dryer available, which meant we had to leave with our clothes still wet. That said, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out and made the experience special."

"Great hostel especially if you’re a cyclist. Lots of cyclists stop here on their way to Lhasa, there is space to keep your bike and there’s an attached bike shop if you need any parts or maintenance help. As for the hostel there’s a nice common area with free water, the hosts are lovely and the dorms are clean and comfortable, albeit pretty simple. But it’s very cheap so no complaints. Only complaint I would have is the cleanliness of the toilets. Unfortunately other guests leave them in a mess sometimes."

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable . It was really cold outside, but the heater could bring the temperature inside to over 30 degrees (too hot). The service was great, it was easy to check in and they helped us book transportation from Litang, and even made sure we got to our destination safe. We had a great time in Litang and would definitely recommend Zangbala Hotel!"

"We stayed here in July during the horse festival. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, but there were some significant issues. The shower only had hot water during the afternoon because they relied on a solar hot water heater. The shower did not drain properly. They did not have coffee or even tea at breakfast. The windows were low quality and the room was quite noisy from traffic. The lobby smelled of toxic paint or some kind of epoxy. It was very strong and intense. When we used the heating system , that smell ended up in our room! When we visit again, we will choose another hotel."

"這次入住理塘漢庭酒店體驗很不錯，酒店位置好找，出行方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，在高海拔地區能有舒適的住宿環境很驚喜。設施齊全，熱水供應穩定，夜裡洗漱很方便。 酒店供氧配置貼心，對於初到高原、容易失眠燥熱的客人十分友好，很好緩解了高原不適。整體隔音尚可，安靜不嘈雜。工作人員服務熱情周到，待人温和，有問題都能耐心解答。 公共區域乾淨清爽，整體性價比很高。在理塘奔波一天後，在這裏安心休整、適應高原再合適不過，很推薦來理塘旅行的朋友選擇入住，下次再來還會考慮這家。"

"The room was beautiful and decoration good, but we have the really bad surprise to find the room dirty… At the first looking looks ok but toilets shower, the floor and most of the corner was so dirty. We asked to the women at the reception to do something and she was really reactive thanks to her. She send a team of 3 or 4 people to clean that was nice consider the late timing in the evening, they stay in the room maybe 30 minutes to clean but honestly was not ok at all they come with one mop and one rag for all the room … no product maybe.. same cloth for everything .. toilet avec everything ..? At the end we came back in the room we saw they tried to clean it but the floor smell sooo bad the wet dog. It was disgusting honestly so with my partner we had to clean after them at least the floor that smell sooo bad we took hot water and essential oil with a towel to clean the floor.. Thanks for the reactivity of the team but honestly the housekeeping team don’t do a correct job. Smell always really strong cigarette everywhere even in the room even if we don’t smoke. The common space are not very clean too. We were really surprised of the reviews that don’t mention this. They propose us to change room so we visit another room that was exactly dirty the same way… so I imagine it is not an exception. Again thanks to the women of the reception who did a good job and was nice."

"The vibe in the hostel was great! I met there other travellers and the reception was very useful and kind in responding to all my questions and they also spoke English which was very good and not so common in these areas!"
