"We got a family friendly room with a queen sized bed and a sleeper couch. The view was mind blowing and the size was also very pleasing. The people were friendly and helpful even though their English was not up to scratch. I liked how quiet it was and the facilities it had. They had a laundromat that could dry clothes, a gym with necessary equipment, and buffet breakfast, which tasted better than most hotels I have been to. Whenever a hotel has a European standard of breakfast, mixed with Chinese, we are always satisfied."

"The room have smoking smells even I have request smoke free room. The toilet water leaking everywhere and very stupid design with one door cover one toilet and one shower room. Twin rooms two persons can not use the toilet and bathroom at the same time even is separated"

"There was a cicada in my room. I informed the receptionist and they sent someone to get rid of it. After 2 hours I saw 2 more in the bathroom. I asked for a room change and in my new room as soon as I entered I saw another one. They gave me a third room and that also had one. Finally I got a fourth room. In terms of compensation they brought me 2 apples and 1 grape."

"房間一般吧，梳化床太軟了不舒服，然後就是應該空調外機聲音超大，關着窗都能聽見，睜着眼到 03:40 還沒睡着，連夜退了第二天的續住，第二天早上收拾東西立馬滾回深山裡的民宿去了，早飯看着大多數都是預製的，也就那樣吧，房間一進門就是一股不知道是黴味還是什麼味道，一直在消散不掉。給我印象最深的就是週五晚上差不多 21 點到點的，進入酒店看到前台居然是一位大叔，他戴着黑色的帽子，業務能力非常嫻熟，很麻利的在給我們前面的客人辦理入住，接着就是我們了，辦理入住速度非常快，都沒等很長時間，不到10 分鐘的時間居然辦好了 3 家客人的入住，因為我們辦理好入住在旁邊把證件放入包包裏再稍微整理下東西，我們後面那家也已經辦理好了，大叔也速度超快的把我們車牌登記好，我們放好東西就立馬出去再夜宵了，進出停車場沒有遇到阻礙，吃完夜宵回酒店，大叔在前台還在低頭做事，真的很敬業👍，必須給大叔點贊，我這裏服務 5 星是給晚上前台大叔的！"
