"Una experiencia muy buena, desde la comida, los cuartos, las instalaciones, los restaurantes, el servicio 100%. La única queja es que la piscina cerrara a las 7:00 p. m., es lo único porque queríamos disfrutar más."

"Es un hotel es casi 5 estrellas, Lo mas positivo el personal todos super amables, con esa sangre super alegre, el mantenimiento del hotel super bueno solo algunos pequen̈os detalles como en los ban̈os publicos de mantenimiento general mas no de limpieza, la gastronomia es lo que pienso que puede mejorar un poco mas fuera del restaurante toro que era de alta calidad, la comida es buena pero no alcanza la exelencia. Visitamos todos los restaurantes y fueron buenos. No me tengo nada negativo del hotel lo malo para nosotros fue la playa imposible de ban̈arse mucho oleaje, los nin̈os no pueden ni jugar en la orilla super peligro incluso logramos ver una persona ahogamdose y gracias al servicio de los salva vidas lograron revivir a la persona. Las habitaciones bastante comodas y grandes, y si no estan interesados en comprar propiedad no acepten ir a la charla por los puntos porque van a perder media man̈ana. Y con los vendedores en las playas encontraran mejores precios Pero si solo buscan piscina y entretenimiento noturno con discotecas, casinos y teatros este es el hotel perfecto, si buscan solo playa no es el hotel aunque caminando como 20 min por la orilla se encuentran playas tranquilas."

"靠譜不踩雷全包酒店 餐廳裏的飯都不錯 酒店本身很好但通過攜程訂的話不出問題沒事，一出問題就找不到人能幫忙解決了，攜程跟酒店相互踢皮球。比如我們因為航空原因晚到 攜程不給往後延一天入住 等我們到酒店住完走的時候酒店都説如果是直接跟酒店訂的可以給延。攜程不給延期也不給退款"

"Ha sido una estancia agradable. El servicio de atencion al cliente por parte del hotel ha sido satisfactoria en general. El todo incluido que ofrece era mejorable bajo mi punto de vista. Y por ese precio podía haber incluido el traslado. Instalaciones mejorables sobre todo el gimnasio que no es apto para ese hotel, se queda muy pequeño e inaccesible, parece un laberinto para poder entrar. Y el spa también se queda en muy pobre y ni siquiera incluido en la oferta del paquete de todo incluido con habitación superior. Cuando en España el 90% esta incluido ambos servicios, traslado y spa. Gran hotel gran cadena, pero mi cara de satisfacción por algunas otras cosas se queda indiferente por ese motivo...La variedad en el buffet de comidas tampoco era demasiada...se compensa con el trato al cliente y el entorno de playas vírgenes. Luego un detalle es la sobrepesadez en cuanto a vendedores ambulantes fuera y dentro del recinto...hasta con los masajes..."

"I went with my two good friends on our yearly girls trip, and then my mom arrived for her bday. We all loved how beautiful and calm the beach was and all the amenities but we thought the food and drink was not on par with other Secrets or All inclusive hotels we have stayed in. I have stayed at Secrets the Vine Cancun 3 times, Hyatt Zilara Punta Cana, and Hard Rock Los Cabos. Also thought that during the day the pool area was vary boring except during the activities (water aerobics, volleyball, zumba) but it would be cool to have a DJ or louder more fun music playing. It was also very hard to find shade at the pool and the beach, wish there were more chairs with umbrellas. The night entertainment was great at Desires and at the lobby especially the Dj and bands that played more upbeat dancing music, and Black Coffee got everyone to dance and was such a great vibe, we love him. Our concierge/butler - Osvaldy Guerrero Cedano is a true Gem, the best concierge/butler I've ever had. He was super responsive and helped us out at all times. It was my mom's bday and he had the room decorated with cake and Champagne and she loved it. He totally made her day more special. Ultimately I thought that this Secrets was more for couples where most Adults only resorts are a bit more fun and have more of a variety of people of all ages, for example girls trip, bachelorette, bachelor, wedding party. it seemed way more focused for couples and we all felt a bit out of a place. Lastly our room smelled like mold, I wish we had complained and had it changed it because on the last day our Concierge/Butler allowed us to checkout late and then enjoy the resort and use a room just to shower before leaving for our late flight. The room that we used the shower in was the same size but no smell of mold. The service was amazing though, all employees were super nice, kind, helpful and smily they made the atmosphere so great! Thanks for everything! "
