"Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave."

"nce breakfast clean room and bed linen i took the premiere room they give extra sheet and blanket Really worth the price.. there is a nice coffee shop just right across the hotel.."

"Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay"

"Padma is one of the best hotels in Bandung, I came here with my family and we felt very comfortable and they have a very good breakfast. you have to try. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and most importantly, the facilities are very complete. It is highly recommended that you bring your kids here. "Salah satu hotel dengan pelayanan terbaik menurut saya. 5 hari 4 malam seakan kurang lama untuk kami menginap disini. + Kamar bersih dengan kulkas dan haidryer dan aminities yang lengkap. + Room boy dan resepsionis selalu sigap menawarkan make up room tanpa kami minta. + Free upgrade kamar menjadi double deluxe balcony, 100% excellent complimentary + Semua staff sangat ramah terutama resepsionis dan security, sangat helpful + Terimakasih telah mewujudkan spesial request (mirror art) untuk merayakan hari-hari bahagia kami. - Sarapan bervariasi, namun perlu diperhatikan dish dari hot kitchen. Harus ditingkatkan terutama rasa dan tingkat kematangan - Pillow terlalu 'airy' jadi terlalu tinggi untuk menopang leher dan kepala. Over all 9,5/10 Untuk menginap lagi?? Tentu. "房間位置在LG，工作人員是不錯的，但是房間味道很大換了房間也是一樣，這邊雙人床都是兩個單人床合成的，那個沖涼🚿的頭 很很很骯臟，而且我發現味道是開熱水的時候出來的，不喜歡，周圍的實施都很不錯，有洗衣店很便宜，謝謝🙏"

"I always chose this hotel whenever possible because of the gym, regardless of the bad traffic in the area 😃 But what I find the most valuable is their service. I left my stuff twice, the first one was my jacket & the second one was my tab. The staff was helpful in keeping my jacket (for weeks!) and getting my tab to be picked up by my driver."
