Cari Hotel bajet di Amman

"The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel."

"Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel. Breakfast is decent. Overall great location, close proximity to Amman citadel. One major incident I experienced: My reservation is on 29/12-30/12. I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, after a five-hour drive in adverse weather, only to be told by Laith the front desk manager there was no record of my reservation and requested me to contact Trip.com to resolve. He showed me a different booking with my name made by Trip supplier Travco on 29/11-30/11. This is an obvious typo by Travco. The email communication is between Travco and Hotel Toledo. Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo. Asking the customer to contact Trip is going in circles and not the most efficient since mistake is by supplier Travco. Initially, Laith refused to accept it’s a typo and insisted the person with the same name as me has checked in on 29/11-30/11. Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room. I was kept waiting at the reception for 1.5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show. An hour ago he mentioned the person has checked in on the above date was a lie. The mounting frustration was too much for me to bear. Yes, I raised my voice and created a scene. I mentioned from the start and repeated 5 times it’s a typo by Travco. Laith took 1.5 hour to accept. The final straw is audible verbal profanity from Laith himself (To Laith: I did not audibly mention profanity, it was up to what you interpret from my mouth). Laith threaten to call the police, citing I was creating a scene in the hotel. This behavior was unprofessional, unnecessarily confrontational, and unacceptable in a hospitality setting. It demonstrated a total lack of customer care. This is not a government office, Laith could have taken a softer approach to allow the guest to check in, while he proactively resolve with Travco, not asking guest to call Travco! Not debating about typo with guest! My reservation was fully paid and non-refundable, yet I was left standing at the reception for 1.5 hours due to errors made by Travco and decisions taken by Laith. The situation was mishandled from start to finish, and my frustration was a result of being forced to endure an unnecessary and avoidable ordeal. This was hospitality at its worst."

"Corp Amman hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel in Amman. The hotel offers spacious clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located at a central neighborhood not far from Rainbow street (10 min by uber) where you can find many restaurants, bars, coffees and disco. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel has all the basic amenities such a Body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and breakfast included. The breakfast was buffet style with egg station and pancake station too. The gym was well equipped and the restaurant had great food for dinner."

"The room was clean, spacious and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated in places, and there were some oddities like no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, but on the whole it was a pleasant stay."

"The experience was amazing 🌟 I stayed at the hotel with my friend, and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and well organized, and all the facilities were excellent. The service was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely visit again 💕"

"Great stay with excellent service I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Hotel services is nice, only issue is location a bit not in the center"

"Very clean and decent, it has couple of cafes and restaurants around it, what i mostly liked is the perfume of the rooms"

"Great location, but well below Hilton standards I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand. Location: The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated. Room & Amenities: Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard. Overall impression: Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether."

"Great facilities- especially the pool parties in the weekend with a DJ. Friendly, local hospitality. Amazing breakfast. Location is walkable to some good restaurants but everything you need is located onsite."
