"Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were extremely spacious and staff was kind and accommodating to any request. There is a food court in the hotel which was extremely handy. The breakfast was just ok tho, a lot of choice but it tasted quite plane. The hotel also had laundry service and room services which we used and it was perfect. I would say I overall comfortable stay and very good if you are business traveler for tourism I think there are more charming places to stay in Vientian."

"**Excellent value, great location and impressive facilities** Overall, this hotel offers very strong value for money and was one of the most convenient places I stayed in Vientiane. The location is excellent. The hotel is in a very practical central area, with two large shopping complexes nearby and the morning market on the other side. Everything you may need is easy to access: shops, food, basic services and deliveries. For a European traveller, the location is especially convenient, and it would be difficult to find a much better area for this price. The facilities were also a pleasant surprise. The gym is spacious, air-conditioned and equipped with modern machines. Next to it, there is a large outdoor swimming pool with enough space for both adults and children, as well as sun loungers around the pool area. There is also a sauna. It felt a bit worn and could have been hotter, but I still enjoyed using it after the gym. I stayed on the 13th floor and the view was one of the highlights of the stay. From one side, there was a beautiful view of the Mekong River and nearby temples, and from the other side, a view toward Patuxai. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which added to the overall value. There are a few areas that could be improved. The rooms did not have convenient international or European-style power sockets, so I had to buy an adapter. Also, not all elevators were working at times, which sometimes caused long waiting times. English communication at the reception was limited, which may be inconvenient for international guests. Despite these issues, I think the hotel is excellent for its price. With its location, gym, pool, views and included breakfast, it is a very strong option in Vientiane and I would recommend it."

Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. "I recently stayed at Souphattra Hotel in Vientiane during the Songkran festival for my birthday, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is newly opened and the property feels fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Its central location makes it very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are of a decent size and come well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making the stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was decent, while not very extensive, it was sufficient and satisfying. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the pool area, which is well done and enjoyable. I also particularly liked the rooftop bar; it has a great vibe and was a nice place to unwind. The staff deserve special mention, they were well-trained, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The only slight disappointment was regarding my birthday. I had informed the hotel in advance via email that I would be celebrating it during my stay. While I understand not all hotels go out of their way for such occasions, many properties usually acknowledge it in some small way, so I did feel it was missed here. That said, everything else was top-notch, and I would still recommend the hotel for a comfortable and well-located stay in Vientiane."

"Newly opened hotel located at the French Street. Very good location to go around. Restaurants, bars, massage centres, Big C Mini all nearby. MAG UXO Visitor Information Centre, Wat Sisaket, Mekong River, Patuxai, Talat Sao, Parkson, COPE Visitor Centre within 2-35mins walking distance. The owner & staffs keep giving me free bottled water & other beverages. They even offer complimentary usage of their washing machine, dryer and kitchen for all guests. The price you paid is definitely worth it! Will stay here again if i return to Vientiane."

I would like to thank all the staff, everyone is very kind and always ready to help. Although the hotel is not located in the very center, there is a free shuttle every hour to the night market which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place."
