"Персонал отличный! Быстро заселили,вежливо общались ,д и в целом,все было клиентоориентированно! Вид из общего места отдыха-потрясающий,одно удовольствие сидеть на стульчике и смотреть на море. Есть классный выход по ступенькам к морю,НО сама вода грязненькая и есть водоросли,за которыми прячется огромное количество морских ежей. Сам номер простенький, маленький. Висит шикарный новый кондиционер. Есть бойлер,но не всегда течёт из него горячая вода. Мало розеток и расположены они странно."

"Good for solo traveller.The General Manager is veru helpful she help me to arrange my transportation to airport and help me to arrange my trip for the whale shark at Oslob.Good hotel except the roon is quite far from the main building check in counter and the shower is not working.Poorly i cant take my bath during my stay because the water is so cold.But overall experience is good."

"Прекрасный,чистый отель! Наш номер был на втором этаже номер был убран на все 100 проц. Чистая постель,хорошо пахнущие полотенца,с номера вид на океан,чистый бассейн ! До акул на машине/байке мин 10, вокруг нет магазинов и едалин,но можно заказать прям в отели и еду привезут ,до 7/11 на машине мин 3 там есть кофе,перекус . Персонал прекрасный,отлично говорит на английском ,милый и услужливый ,мы остались довольны прибыванием в этом отеле,Спасибо Вам за ваше гостеприимство:)"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable."

"Отличный отель! Проживали в номере 7202, рядом с бассейном. Номер просторный, чистый, все необходимое есть. Прекрасный вид из номера и с территории отеля. Еда была вкусная и по приятным ценам. Персонал заслуживает отдельного внимания, очень дружелюбны были в период всего проживания (останавливались на две ночи). В день отъезда помогли поймать автобус и загрузить багаж. Т.к. многие едут сюда на акул, напишу информацию. Не берите туры, не занимайте очередь рано утром. Есть аккаунт на фэйсбук Reservation Oslob Whaleshark. Направляете смс в аккаунте, там чат бот и бронируете время (бронировать нужно за день). Мы бронировали на 8-9 часов. В 7:45 приехали и получили талон, в 8:20 уже были на лодке без дополнительных ожиданий."

"1. Прекрасный отель с очень удачной локацией — всё рядом и удобно. На территории есть кафе с невероятно вкусной выпечкой, это отдельное удовольствие. Номера чистые, матрасы удобные, ночью тихо — отлично высыпались. За 3 дня проживания мы успели побывать на каньонинге и съездить на экскурсию к акулам — впечатления потрясающие. Если спуститься чуть правее отеля к морю откроется один из самых живописных пляжей филипин за 2 визита в эту страну. Вход 150 песо пляж платный. Но главная ценность этого отеля — его владелец Фин. Он помог организовать экскурсии по самым выгодным ценам, всегда был на связи, очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый, откликался на любой запрос. При заселении мы обнаружили, что забыли личные вещи в автобусе. Каково же было наше удивление, когда уже после нашего отъезда Фин сам связался с водителем и помог вернуть наши вещи. Мы ему искренне благодарны за такую заботу и участие. С удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель и с радостью вернулись бы снова."

"It is extremely close to the whale shark watching spot. It takes less than 2 minutes on foot. The owner's woman was quite familiar with the tour and gave me a lot of advice. They also planned a tour to Sumiron Island with pick-up and drop-off. Sumiron Island was very beautiful and it was the best experience. I wanted to talk to the hotel about various things in advance, so I wanted to call the hotel, but I was in trouble because the phone number didn't change no matter where I looked. If I go to Oslob again, I would like to stay here. Thank you very much."
