"This is a newly opened hotel, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally soft, the linens were spotless, and everything—from the floor to the bathroom—was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, creating a cool and comfortable environment. The room was well-equipped with shampoo, body wash, a refrigerator, complimentary bottled water, and breakfast was included in the stay. There is also on-site parking, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. First, the hotel does not have an elevator. We were assigned a room on the third floor, and since we were traveling with our young child and had quite a bit of luggage, carrying everything up the stairs was difficult. If you’re traveling with children, elderly family members, or heavy luggage, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to request a room on one of the lower floors. Another issue was the large gap between the bottom of the room door and the floor. It allowed light from the hallway to shine into the room, and it could also allow insects to get inside. I would highly recommend that the hotel install door sweeps or door seals to block light, dust, and insects. It would make a noticeable difference. Unfortunately, the room was also not well soundproofed. Around 2:00 a.m., guests checked into the room next to ours, and we could clearly hear footsteps, luggage being rolled, and other hallway noise. Much of the sound seemed to travel through the gap beneath the door, making it surprisingly loud and disruptive, especially late at night. Despite these minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, convenient parking, and good value for money. With a few small improvements, it would be an even better place to stay."

"Only stayed one night whilst travelling from Bangkok to Samui. Room was spotless, very welcoming with a comfortable bed and great aircon. The minibar was stocked, and even had cool glasses. The bathroom was spacious and had lovely toiletries. The TV had smart TV which meant lots of English speaking channels. We had dinner in the restaurant which although pricey was some of the best Thai fresh seafood we've had recently. There was a really nice outside seating area as well as an air-conditioned room to dine in. Some unique and homemade options as well as photos and weights shown of the catch of the day. We booked breakfast but didn't get up early enough to try it. Carparking was ample and conveniently located near the front desk, but it wasn't covered which meant the car was boiling wventhough we left around 9am. The area is beautiful and warranted a longer stay, we will revisit when we are next travelling Thailand. Our only improvements would be blackout curtains, and the option of a firmer pillow."

"Stayed 3 nights in Suriwong Chumphon Hotel. Good size room with fan and private bathroom. Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Couple of really good vegan/vegetarian restaurants nearby. Free water refill and morning coffee was a BIG plus. Wifi didn't work in the room. We stayed in 5th floor room 506. Worked only outside the room near elevator. Can recommend and we would stay again!"

"Good location, located in the city centre. Clean and wide sized room. Adequate car lots. Some facilities should be properly maintained. The refrigerator door of my room is almost broken and might hurt my feet. Inconvenient unroofed walkway to dinning room during rain. A staff at the front desk ignored to find my English booking name as I told and spelled on my ID card, but she still asked other ways such as booking number and date of bookings that didn’t help and took longer time for checking in. I was very exhausted and unappreciated services."

"No water pressure in shower, bathroom needs updating. Room was very noisy with what sounded like a small aircraft taking off or wind tunnel all night, didn’t get any sleep because of this! Staff were lovely and the omelette for breakfast was really good. There was no wine at the bar so we bought our own but they had other drinks like soft drinks, beer and spirits. It looked better at night with all the lights around the trees and pool/bar area."
