L'hotel affaccia sulla piazza principale di Salta, ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare la città, anche avendo poco tempo a disposizione. Dispone di parcheggio gratuito presso un parking a 20 metri dall'ingresso. All'interno, è caratterizzato da uno stile vintage e da un'incantevole eleganza sia degli arredi che del personale che ci lavora, richiamando atmosfere di grand hotel d'altri tempi. Camere confortevoli di dimensioni standard

We spent three nights at the Sheraton whilst in Salta, not our original choice but suggested by our travel agent. A Sheraton is a Sheraton so a certain consistent quality is assumed and this hotel is no exception in that regard with a well appointed and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and an impressive breakfast provision. We also appreciated the lobby bar and its excellent menu. On the downside two particular points, one location - Salta sprawls and the Sheraton is not central and the immediate vicinity offers very little; two layout - our room really was a long walk from the elevator. The hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area is looking a little tired I might add. A final word of praise for the hotel personnel, they are outstanding - nothing is too much trouble, they really go the extra mile.

I have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime, but this one takes the cake. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood and each room is charming, rustic, and yet beautifully done in Argentinian style. Not to mentioned the breakfast is the best around and having a pool to use with poolside service if you want it. But I think the thing that really stands out about this hotel are the people. The staff are absolutely incredible and go above and beyond to make your experience special. To give you a window into what I mean by this.. my husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon and got very ill with food poisoning, so sick in fact that I needed hospitalization for IV fluids. The staff helped us get medical care, translate the medical care from Spanish to English and vice versus when needed, and then made sure our room was clean and ready for us when we got back. I just can’t recommend this hotel enough for all the reasons. It truly is a gem in Salta and we will be going back and telling everyone about it when they go there. To all the amazing staff at Kkala - Estoy increíblemente agradecido por todos vosotros!

Don’t be fooled by the nice photos of this hostel, it’s nothing same in real. We booked a double room for 4 nights. The restroom is terribly dirty and stinks. It’s also very noisy ALL THE TIME. People speaks loud in the patio or music from neighbouring restaurants. I couldn’t locate where exactly the music from, but for sure is that stayed day and night. Last but not the least, while we stayed there. Out of sudden, there was a construction right in front of our room. They were cracking down a wall and rebuild a room I guess. It was not mentioned at all when we booked the room or when we checked in. Imagine the drilling noise woke you up in the morning, that was shocking! I asked the reception how long it’ll last, he told me the whole day and there were no other room for me to change. For this, they must know the construction in advance and by curtesy they could have told us. It was really a BAD experience.

Hotel muy recomendable. Muy lindas habitaciones. Estuvimos en dos diferentes cuando fuimos y.volvimos de Jujuy y verdaderamente las dos muy buenas. Muy amplias y limpias. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle no son para nada ruidosas. Tiene garaje a dos cuadras, aproximadamente. Tiene secador de pelo y frigobar. El desayuno es super variado y completo. La atención muy buena. Nos han recomendado lugares para cenar y pasear. Están cerca del centro. Volveremos

PPengguna TetamuMe alojé con mi familia una semana, el barrio tranquilo, a 2 cuadras del shopping y super carrefour, con vista al cerro San bernardo. El edificio nuevo muy cómodo, el día que llegamos y por 2 días más hubo muchos ruidos de construcción lo cual No nos permitió descansar durante el día, el depto cómodo cocina comedor, las sillas un poco incómodas , faltaban algunos utensilios como abridor, cuchilla, ollas y tuper que tanta falta hacen cuando cocinas....pero en gral muy bien. La zona de living linda con aire y tele. El baño pequeño la ducha muy buena. El dormitorio principal muy cómodo el colchón el tema fue que nos ni tele ni aire! Un calor insoportable. No pudimos dormir durante las noches cálidas, levantandonos para bañarnos a fin de calmar el calor, eso es muy importante que avisen que aún no tienen eso tan básico!.... el balcón terraza muy lindo! Recomiendo ir a cenar a doña salta, la criollita y la casona del molino ( para ésta última hay que tomar remis pero vale la pena se arma peña muy linda) El cabildo y museo de güemes lo mejor!

PPengguna TetamuThe check in process was very smooth other than that I had requested early check in but arrived in time for the general 3pm check in and the room still wasn’t ready. The room has everything you need even a smart tv you can connect to Netflix. The kitchen hob and oven seemed to be removed but it was perfect for the night. There was a good fitness room and gym and Ubers into town were very cheap.

Really happy with this hotel booked by our tour organiser: twin large beds, spacious, clean, good bathroom with nice products, and very helpful staff who spoke some English. The mainly continental breakfast was one of the best we had throughout Argentina: some nice touches such as local produce jams, local delicacy pastries and drinkable coffee. Wifi was great. If you get a road side room, there is not much noise and the sunrise is spectacular! 12 mins walk to main square in this lovely town which has pride in itself. Lots of nice cafes. The museums were all good ( went to four).

Excelente hotel, excelente ubicación en la ladera del cerro San Bernardo, apenas a 15 cuadras del centro, lo que evita ruidos de tráfico. Impecable atención (en especial Diego). La suite Junior inmejorable, cómoda y una vista hermosa de la ciudad. Desayuno abundante y variado, lo mismo que el restaurante. Cochera cubierta y una linda pileta...para volver.

PPengguna TetamuUnfortunately we had to stay here on three separate occasions whilst touring around the Salta area. This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade compared with the other hotels we have stayed in around Argentina. Many of the walls and ceilings are bare concrete with minimal soft furnishings which creates a noisy environment. Each of the rooms we stayed in had an issue and, in the last one, the bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. Obviously this wasn’t just us since the door to the toilet had expanded and wouldn’t shut properly. It’s also the only hotel we stayed in that didn’t give complimentary water in the room and being charged $4400 for two small bottles is unacceptable. The breakfast was extremely basic with a very limited choice. On a positive note the hotel is in a very good location, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned to a good standard.

FFernando JoseStayed for just one night, not that far away from bus terminal and very tasty restaurant right in from of it. Service was great, AC and tv in the room didnt work great, nice breakfast, clean bathroom and super comfy bed.
