Hotel terbaik di Griffith

We have stayed in the family suite (Rm 10) a number of times now over the years on our way further north and have always found it clean and comfortable. The (more) recent addition of the couch is great and the spa worked a treat. Also, a great location near restaurants and the Foodworks. Management have always been very responsive with any queries, and we've very much appreciated being able to leave one of our vehicles in the car park until our return trip.

I love this place. Centrally located, secure parking, modern decor, clean and new, nice amenities. Comfortable bed. Over the years I have tried other places in Griffith, just for some variety. I then go back to the Griff for a while, and eventually get curious again. And so on... Bagtown Motel? A bit dated, out of town centre. Back to the Griff. GEM Hotel? A bit garish and a bit pricey. Back to the Griff. Centrepoint? Beds not so comfy, security didn't do it for me. Back to the Griff. Quest? Not bad but too pricey for what you get. Back to the Griff. I think I have looked around enough, this will be my go to from here on in.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was clean, the staff service exemplary and location was walking distance to Banna Ave shops. We had one situation where the shower would not turn off completely resulting dripping noise all night. When reported to the manager, he arranged to have a plumber fix it immediately. Cannot emphasize the service and overall establishment excellence enough.

There were very obvious stains on the fitted sheet.Initially we changed the sheet around to a cleaner side but them decided to contact the staff and the staff came and changed the sheet and said it was not acceptable.The cleaners and the laundry were blamed for it.She had to use a top sheet in place of a fitted sheet as when she went to get a clean fitted sheet she found 2 other fitted sheets also with stains on them.This employee did her best to help us but was unable to give us a refund.She gave me the managers card but said she would inform him of the situation...She suggested i ask for a discount or refund.I rang twice the next day as i had not heard from the manager and both times were told he was in a meeting.I spoke to another staff member and she said she would speak to the manager ..She did return my call but the manager did not return my call personally.Laura did not offer a refund but said i may possibly be able to have a credit which i did not accept as i would not go back there..The pillows were hard and pillow slips not white, the mattress was hard as well and there were stains on the carpet in numerous places. Apparently we had been upgraded to a family suite...We did not ask for this but if that is the best room they had then it is very tired looking and definitely not worth the money.The shower leaked as the glass section was not big enough so the water went around it onto the bath matt.. We had no WIFI password and the only way to communicate with the staff was to walk across to the club which we didn't want to do in the cold and in our PJ's. The Air con did not turn on either..it had no power light and we pressed the on off button ( we tried 4 times) but it did not come on. Unfortunately we had a less than favourable experience and would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else .

Lots of Good Points, But Bed Uncomfortable. That largely sums it up for me. Location? Awesome, right in town. Room? Good, nice and large, well-appointed, with an amazing balcony. Only downside is no ability to deadbolt or in any other way secure the door from the inside. Bed? I found it very hard to sleep properly, it was a bit uneven and not a good match for me unfortunately. Bathroom? Good enough. Toilet seat would not stay up and is one of those that slam down. Finnicky perhaps, but that annoys me. Property? Good. Secure parking is a plus. Reception up stairs with ultra-slow lift is a bit annoying. Overall? Look it was ok , but not really my cup of tea.

Great location, Value for money, close to all the shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, check in and check out fast. The room had everything we needed, clean, good shower pressure. Dinner and Breakfast great, we would stay again. However I wouldn't recommend for someone with limited mobility as there are stairs to the 1st floor and no lift.

Booked this motel for the pool, when arrived it was covered in green algae on the bottom, so we did not swim. Room was comfortable enough, but hearing the staff outside the room yelling and speaking to other staff at reception saying “f**k” and “c**t” was extremely unprofessional and pretty disgusting. TV so far from bed, could hardly see it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. Plastic chairs outside the room fixed up with duct tape, just looked tacky and cheap.

Easy after hours check in. Rooms fairly clean and tidy. Usually good accommodation for shift workers who need a day sleep. On this occasion it was noisy with staff members wanting to gain access to the room , even though a ”Do Not Disturb” door hanger was displayed. Staff chatted loudly outside room doors near lifts. Recommended to get a room further away from the Lift area. Otherwise a good stay.
