"The experience of this stay far exceeded expectations. From the door, I was moved by the enthusiasm of the front desk. I took the initiative to help with luggage. After the check-in, I also introduced the surrounding food and places to play. The details were full. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, I slept well all night, the blackout curtain was completely opaque, and it was too friendly to people who slept lightly!

The staff member, Ping'er, was smiling throughout, patiently answering all my questions and even proactively helping me plan local sightseeing routes. Room service was incredibly quick; whether it was replenishing supplies or handling last-minute requests, everything was taken care of immediately. What was especially heartwarming was how Yuanyuan actively helped me with my luggage and called a taxi when I checked out.
