"1.前台客服人員服務態度讓人出乎意料，我們是大學生過來方城縣做實踐活動，結果那天同學身體不舒服，前台人員朱清燕女士還在門口幫忙找出租車，我們回到酒店之後還打電話來問候了，不知道是不是屬於酒店的培訓，工作人員真的從始至終都很温暖，該加工資啊，長時間的情緒飽滿也是一件很累的事情，這的在此感謝朱女士，2.沒有拍酒店圖片，環境真的可以，也住過不少酒店，我會以洗臉盆的細節位置來判斷酒店衞生程度，我那件房間挺乾淨的，酒店乾濕分離做的真的很好3.吃酒店早餐的時候沒帶眼鏡，啥都看不清，服務人員也很熱情，作為外地人真的感受到了河南的人文關懷4.服務人員對客人人文關懷很到位，就是希望酒店也對員工多點人文關懷，這是良性循環"

"When I went there, it was the afternoon. The room was just cleaned out. The floor was not dry. The room was clean and there was no smell. But the sound was not good. It was very noisy. You can hear everything next to you. The quilt is a bit damp. It is not very comfortable to fall asleep. Overall it is not bad."

"高速口的酒店，還是出乎了我的意料，原本覺得高速口的酒店，不會有太佳的表現，但還是小小驚訝了一下，這個價位確實可圈可點，房間並不狹小，反而很通暢，乾濕分離的衞生間，有單獨的置物台，床軟硬正好，睡起來很舒服，最讓我舒服的是這家酒店的窗簾可以完全遮陽，對於一個愛懶床的人來説，絕對是福音，中午12點的大太陽也透不過一絲陽光，拉上窗簾彷彿回到了深夜！
唯一需要吐槽的就是酒店的早餐，第一天早上8點10分下樓吃早餐，基本沒什麼菜了，就連主食也就剩下了兩個包子，找服務員詢問，服務員説沒了！！！你能相信，剛剛8點，早餐就沒了？！！主食沒了，雞蛋沒了，菜也沒了……問能不能加點，服務員衹顧坐着看手機，根本沒反應……
除此之外，這個酒店還是比較滿意的！"
