No. 2 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Yining City"Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing."

"The hostel is close to the train station, but not close enough to walk. And it’s a bit far from the city centre so I had to take a didi every time i go out. Staff are nice, the common space are nice too. You will have to make your own bed and take out the linens when checking out.
Toilets are okay. There was someone in my room who stay long term, so there are a lot of daily stuff all over the dormitory. But I just stayed one night so that’s okay."

The hotel is clean and new, we really like the smart technology used in the rooms - like the automatic blinds system and the ability to open a window for fresh air if you feel like it. Otherwise the aircon is perfect and allows you to adjust the temperatures according to your liking. This is a rare find when some hotels set the temperature centrally.
We had to travel to Nalati the next day, but as we visited during off peak season the tour buses didn’t operate. 小妮 Julie and the team from the front desk helped us arrange a private ride , this really helped us with our travels! Thank you.
We liked the breakfast offering a variety of meal options, the drinks in the atrium are also great. We enjoyed the stay."

No. 1 of Cultural Hotels in Yining City"這個酒店外部環境非常棒，整個伊犁賓館綠化非常好，安靜有歷史氣息的大院，裏面很多樹都是百年古樹，房間很大。這是硬件，再説軟件就不太行了，2號樓服務不錯，6號樓分人，有的服務不錯有的一般。電梯七拐八拐…這些也沒有太大影響，但是酒店有個特別難以接受的一點就是下水道可能是太老舊了，一直有聲音，咕嘟咕嘟，三秒鐘咕嘟一次，根本沒辦法睡覺。最後我開着空調，壓過水管聲音才能睡覺，但開空調太熱了，伴隨着的是又開了一晚上窗户，還好窗户外很安靜。建議如果預訂，不要定6號樓。哦對了，早飯炒菜味道很好👍，主食一般。"

"This was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end.
The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff.
The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes.
The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look.
We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight.
All in all a great choice.

"We had an amazing time in Kailash Hostel! It is pretty close to Illi Bus Terminal. It has a really nice common area with lots of details. The owner Toni is a really open and kind person! He welcomed us with open arms, made very good coffee and even invited us for breakfast. You can see that he really wants his guests to have a good time and he also connects people in the hostel. We would totally recommend staying here!"
