The room was booked for one night and included breakfast the following morning, which my parents thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also has a restaurant where guests can purchase extra meals at any time, which was very convenient. The availability of a car park made their stay even more hassle-free. My recent stay at Clock Inn Dehiwala was an absolute delight. The hotel location and exceptional service made it a memorable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the welcoming staffs Akash and Dara made me feel right at home. I arrived late at the night and check-in process was quick and smooth.Also they were giving me suggestions about my dinner for the night which is very thoughtful of them. The room was spacious ,clean and well decorated, bed and pillows are so comfortable and that makes me sleep like a baby through out the stay.The bathroom is like a half of the room size, shower area is seperated with glass doors. The breakfasts is excellent with a choice of continental and some local foods with fresh fruits, Juice and serials.Sangeedhaan is always will be there at live cooking station with a big smile to help you.The only suggestion I have is to have a cold milk during breakfast time. I really enjoyed the garden out side of the room where where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through out the day . The housekeeping staffs, Neris , Kogul and Sagar is so friendly and always will be there to assist with a big smile. Specially Neris,he will always greeted with a big smile. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Clock Inn Dehiwala exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this charming hotel for a wonderful getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.

I love this hotel I started my Sri Lanka trip here and rebooked on my return to Colombo. Great hotel, great prices, super clean, comfy bed, wonderful food, amazing pool and great staff hopefully I get to go back one day!!😀

As a practice I usually speak to several staff when I visit somewhere before making a genuine comment for the improvement of that organization. Seeing so many sad faces in this happy place, I deeply thought many times whether to write on this or not. Taking care of External Customers is a good thing as long as Internal Customers (your employees) also feel fairly treated. “Clients do not come first. Employees do. If you take care of your employees, naturally they will take good care of the clients.” Your staff doesn't look to be happy and as customers we can feel those things also. Note to management!

Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

The stay was marred by the fact that our Trip.com booking was not received by the hotel and as a result had to pay the hotel additionally and at a higher rate in order to stay. We have yet to get this resolved
