It was good!! Dare I say it was better than good.

這家酒店位置特別好，前台服務也挺好，手機火車站被偷了，大家注意安全，

Super hôtel avec vue sur la ville. Mais absolument aucune isolation, on entendait tout, les voitures qui klaxonnent beaucoup, les soirées à côté, et surtout le train qui passe en bas de l’hôtel. Nourriture moyenne et personnels du restaurant pas très agréable. C’est dommage.

前台服務很好，讓我們提早入住了。步行到市中心廣場20分鐘 機場打車過來15sol 一定要砍價 早餐廳view很棒 360度觀景 缺點是被子質感一般

This is a lovely place to stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are incredibly clean, with an amazing view of the city! The hotel seems quite family oriented with mainly other Peruvians staying, and so if you’re a tourist looking to meet people or if your Spanish is not proficient, this may not be the best hotel choice for you. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Plaza de Armas with more restaurants/tourist areas, but I didn’t mind at all and had no problem walking home in the evening as a solo young woman. I recommend this hotel!

This hotel was great. Perfect location to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool and gym were super clean ans well kept. The restaurants had great and delicious food and the drinks were amazing.

I stays here for one night on my last day in Cusco. Great and friendly staff, clean rooms, short walk to food & shopping options.
