"Stayed only 5 hours due to very late arrival. Spacious room, A/C worked well. No electric kettle. Comfortable bed and pillows, with mosquito nets around the bed. Bathroom with no toiletries other than liquid soap. Shower with low water pressure and very slippery floor. Toilet paper in locked dispenser located behind the bathroom door and not accessible from the toilet; difficult to get any paper from the narrow slit, as the roll gets stuck inside. No wifi in the room. Basic breakfast buffet: no cheese, fruit, etc."

"The room in first floor in front of the garden was full of insects everywhere even on the bed. The service was very bad, they ignored my complaint leaving me without Internet access at my room for 12 hours, however I checked with the reception 5 times. I don't recommend it for anyone."

"I stayed at Novotel for five nights in October. The lobby gives the impression of a classy hotel, but the rooms are in serious need of updating. It looks like the bathrooms have been renovated, which is great, but the rooms themselves are small and worn out. The in-room dining menu was extremely limited in vegetarian options. Laundry service and the breakfast buffet were great. All of the male staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the female staff - not so much. There is an ATM in the hotel by the front desk, which was convenient. Overall good but wouldn't stay again."

"My expectations were low based on the reviews here but the experience was better than I had hoped for. I was on a business trip so didnt use the swimming pool (which was being repaired), and the children's play area was totally inaccessible. Room was comfortable. The gym was basic (no working airco, very cramped) but I have seen worse. Breakfast good. It may not live up to a 5* experience in other countries but in all not bad."
