The ginger hotel is very good and Only beach is little far from city. Nearby to this hotel there is a small food court kind of place has variety of Arabian foods which is really delicious. Room which we stay in executive suite which is very big and spacious. Bathroom also very big and clean room. Friendly staff mainly Mr Abhishek who’s having good physique and very attractive in from office and ms Shreeja from front office

The room was extremely comfortable and was a great stay overall! The breakfast is great and a must try! Do check this place out, it’s a great view of the city as well. The staff are extremely warm and friendly, definitely the sweetest people you’d meet! They also guide you in terms of your travel and more.

I had a wonderful experience. I had stayed here 8 years back when it was Gatway and I didn't like it much because it looked like an old rooms with boring interiors. Now the interiors are excellent in Vivanta. I would like to thanks all the staffs from the front office, ***agers, Mynt restaurant staffs, room dining staffs, chauffeur driver and house keeping. Very good hospitality. The food was amazing!

Ocean Pearl offers the best and most comfortable stay with everything up to the mark. The stay, the rooms, cleanliness, and the courtesy of the staff are exceptional. Embarking on our South India tour from the UK, ***galore unexpectedly became a stopover, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. The entire staff of The AURUM is unbelievable. Me and my wife are so humbled by their hospitality. Always ready to serve your needs, whatever it may be. What is so more surprising, was The Aurum MD, Mr. Srivatsya, spend the entire evening with us. Taking us to a nearby river(hotel ground), sat with us, had TEA with us and was so down to earth in entertaining us. The staff even gave a surprise birthday party for me and my wife, Very humbled and touch with their gesture.(photo attached) The entire staff were so down to earth in serving us. I had the pleasure of visiting Mangalore on the 17th of October 2023, where I was greeted with a warm welcome despite my late arrival at night after a 12-hours long journey. One of the first things that captured my attention was a stunning wall-to-wall mural behind the front office desk. This remarkable artwork vividly depicted the cultural heritage of Karnataka, featuring Kola performances, Kambala races, and other local traditions that have gained recent pan-India popularity thanks to the movie ”Kantara.” It served as a captivating introduction to the exciting experiences that awaited me during my stay. Let's talk about the accommodation. The rooms were tastefully appointed and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the Skylight Suites, which, while lacking a balcony, featured a beautifully decorated and spacious sitting area with a skylight adjacent to the main room. This clever design made the room feel more expansive. However, it's worth mentioning that the washrooms could benefit from better ventilation. In terms of dining, the food was satisfactory, but I would suggest diversifying the menu to include more vegetarian options to cater to a wider range of preferences. Now, let me highlight the standout feature of my stay – the in-house transportation services provided by the hotel. They operated with exceptional efficiency, boasting well-maintained and spotlessly clean vehicles. The chauffeurs were not only punctual but also displayed the utmost professionalism. I must give a special commendation to Mr. Balraj, who not only ensured our smooth transport to the temples we had planned to visit but also offered valuable insights into darshan durations. His willingness to take us to additional temples during our journeys, such as the Mariamman Temple in Mangalore, Rajarajeshwari Temple in Polali, Bappanadu Parameshwari Temple in Mulki, and Uchchila Maha Lakshmi on the way to Udupi (and possibly more that I can't recall at the moment) was truly exceptional. His knowledge of cultural immersion opportunities, especially during Navratris, was remarkable, and he even introduced us to experiences like the Yakshagana performance at Kadri Manjunatheswar. As my trip had a strong focus on pilgrimage, his insights into these sacred places were invaluable. His careful and considerate approach as a driver was exemplary. Not once did he engage in rash driving, even in the challenging and treacherous forested, mountainous routes that we encountered. Furthermore, Mr. Balraj's helpful nature shone brightly throughout our journey. With my elderly parents accompanying me, his assistance was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, offering his support at every turn. His unwavering dedication to both our safety and enjoyment of the trip made him an indispensable part of our experience. Mr. Balraj truly embodies the spirit of excellence in service. We went on a pilgrimage to ***galore,Kollur and Kukke but stayed here .The hotel is excellently decorated . We didnt use room service other than ordering a tea in the evening. The hotel has a excellent kitchen, but the great drawback is they start only after 7.00 am which is a minus for people like me who start our day at 5.00 am. Plenty of nice restaurants , malls and cinemas adjacent
