Hotel berhampiran Foreigner Street, Dali

It’s a quiet beautiful hotel conveniently located at the old town. The non-smoking room is modern with Japanese toilet/bidet with adequate heating. Good wifi. Wide spread of breakfast. Service is good. We celebrated our friend’s birthday and the kitchen prepared longevity noodles for the birthday girl. Nice spacious environment, too. Check in & check out is fast. Highly recommendable hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel right outside the 南门of the Ancient City, and its location couldn't have been more convenient. Given how jammed Dali can get, walking was the best option, and this hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. The staff here is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at Yutang Luxury Resort Hotel, located in the heart of Dali’s Gu Cheng. The location itself is a huge plus—nestled within the charming old town, it’s easy to take your time and explore the vibrant surroundings. The hotel serves a simple but delightful breakfast, and I found it to be just perfect for starting the day. It’s not overly extravagant, but it’s incredibly satisfying. One of the best things about the resort is its proximity to bars and local nightlife—just a short walk away, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of Gu Cheng until late. The staff at Yutang were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Dali. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth.

Excellent stay! Good taste in design (Lobby, Garden & room). Spacious room and good quality (very comfortable bed, good supply of amenities).  Breakfast quality and varieties are amazing! Staff we had contacted with were very pleasant & helpful, always with smiles, including staff at front desk, housekeeping as well as security team.Highly recommended.

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

Pada waktu malam, duduk di atas katil tatami, dengar muzik, lihat Tasik Erhai mengalir perlahan, dan rasai aliran masa. Kemudahan di dalam bilik adalah sangat lengkap. Terdapat pelembap (sangat penting untuk orang selatan!) dan pembesar suara adalah dari Dyson. ! Perkhidmatan hotel juga sangat bertimbang rasa Untuk minum petang dan pencuci mulut selamat malam, butler akan bertanya dalam kumpulan jika anda memerlukannya pada waktu yang ditetapkan mereka di dalam peti sejuk supaya anda boleh memilikinya apabila anda kembali. Pada hari terakhir apabila saya pergi, Muxinbao menghantar saya ke lapangan terbang saya berasa sangat boleh dipercayai dan dijaga dengan sangat baik

Very nice staff! Big and beautiful room! Very responsive via WeChat and quick to deliver us by using the golf cart. Free photos led by a photographer and free bag of gifts after we left. We enjoyed the stay but probably will think twice about staying overnight in the Santorini area again. It is a ghost town in Santorini after dark, no activities, no lights on in the area, everything closed after 6 pm. We walked around with our cell phone flashlight to find dinner.

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

It's a great stay with an amazing view!! The b&b staff, 小乐 was friendly and approachable. Hospitality was great. We booked a cheaper room for the first night as we are arriving very late. But manage to get a free upgrade so that there are no movements needed for the second night stay, and would be less of a hassle. He is always available and shares many things about 大理 with us. The zen feeling make it real great too. overall, it's one of the best hotel we have stayed.

11/10 great hospitality, awesome staff members. The view was awesome too, and the room was extremely cozy and comfortable. There was also a projector for you to watch movies. My family members and I were very surprised when we entered our room because the view was so beautiful. The sunrise is something you cannot miss! They even served us Pu Er tea and other types of tea, took the time to serve us tea and chat with us. Even the toilet seat was warm, and there was also a heater in the room. Overall 11/10 stay, would come back again!
