Very friendly and helpful staff. They collected me from the bus station as no Didi was available. They also helped to organise my onward travel. The room was very nice. A great place for relaxing but not great as a solo traveller. They had no food suitable for one person and brought a vast amount of bread that mostly had to go to waste. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no buffet and what arrived was presented very nicely but not great. It was also ironic that for the location of the hotel for the dark skies there was so much light pollution from the walkway outside which didn't switch off until 3am and from various lights in the room that are glowing even without electric current.

不是刷評價，真實評價： •首先是前台小哥次爾，絕對巨巨巨贊，全程熱心關照，幫我們解決了很多問題。去之前擔心高反，次爾為我們準備了兩台吸氧機，非常有安全感。而現實也確實遇到高反了，由於我們從機場出發，同行朋友第一天高反嚴重，頭暈噁心，上吐下瀉，反饋後，次爾開車載我們去香格里拉鎮醫院看診，買了氧氣袋和葯，為第二天的亞丁行程做了充足的準備，最終也順利欣賞到了絕美的景觀，真是太感謝了。 • 最後回機場約車時有點小插曲，被司機大哥朋友吐槽了。。確實也是主要是我的鍋，在這裏跟司機道個歉。起因是最初擔心機場離裏景區太元，找不到車，來亞丁前就問酒店，是否方便約個司機接機送機，酒店小哥説，接機的話，下飛機機場附近會有司機，可以直接乘；送機時可以幫我們找個司機，所以我就愉快同意了。回去前一天，小哥為我提供了送機司機的聯繫方式，讓我們去和司機確認好，我回復馬上去聯繫他；衹是還沒聯繫時，中途發現，我朋友（不知道我曾跟酒店説過想找司機送機）已經聯繫了最初為我們接機的那位司機，於是最終我沒聯繫酒店提供的司機，而是直接跟朋友乘坐最初接機的司機的車了。這點主要我的鍋，我確實沒有跟酒店小哥説清，導致送機那天，酒店提供的司機仍然來了，當時我確實很懵，因為我最後沒聯繫這位司機，本以為沒親自聯繫司機，司機就不會來接，但酒店服務還是比我想得要更加周到，已幫忙安排好送機了🥲酒店小哥人挺好，知道後並未責怪我，還提醒路上小心。衹是後來在機場遇到酒店提供的司機朋友，吐槽了我一下，我也道歉了，真不是故意的。司機朋友其實也挺實在的，我想補償司機點紅包，他們也不收。確實也麻煩大家注意一下，若讓酒店幫忙找司機的話，千萬不要聯繫其他司機了。 •還有一點是，來稻城來回的國航機票，在我們清明節間延誤了5次，改簽了五次，這個確實太坑了，屬實影響心情，我們第三天的南京之旅也被迫取消了，坐飛機來的朋友注意慎選國航。 •好在亞丁的雪山景觀足夠震撼與美麗，令人覺得，即使付出這麼多，也是遠遠物超所值的，等精力充沛時，有機會還會還考慮再來 •總之，面對上班族等時間比較緊促的人羣，來稻城這種難度較高的地方，訂亞丁日松這個酒店還是十分有性價比的，尤其是遇到次爾這樣熱情負責的小哥，真的能為旅途節省很多不必要的麻煩，大大降低了通關難度，節省下來了大量時間與精力，來欣賞稻城亞丁的美景～ •附幾張拍到的絕美照片

Snow Garden Hotel is almost a Tibetan Museum: on almost every wall is something of cultural interest. As is so often the case in China the group of young women on reception duties band together to help the linguistically challenged foreign tourist. The hotel is situated in Jinzhu Town, which is about half way between Daocheng Airport and Yading Scenic Area, helpful for acclimatisation. It is on one of the main streets, with easy access to shops and eateries.

金秋的稻城很漂亮。第一次入住這裏，本來抱着一般般的思想入住，但是到了酒店一看，眼前一亮！酒店大廳寬敞明亮，這裏客人也多人氣這麼好。車停在門口就有服務員過來提行李，真的值得表揚很有服務意識。前枱面帶微笑服務，告訴我們泡温泉的一些需要注意的。入住後還送了水果到房間，暖氣也是提前開好，進房間很暖和。值得好評！！

個人十分推薦到亞丁的朋友住這裏😄，酒店🏨周邊環境非常不錯，房間很大，配套也很不錯，房間有地暖非常暖和。早上吃過飯開車幾分鐘就到景區門口了，非常方便，總之非常推薦！⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
