The hotel offers dedicated underground parking, which was very convenient. Facilities: Everything was excellent. Cleanliness: The room was spotless. Location: While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the ancient city – I definitely wouldn't recommend walking there as the South Gate isn't accessible – getting a taxi or shared bike is easy. On the plus side, there are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Service: Excellent. If the robot delivery for takeout was delayed, the front desk would promptly bring it up, which was a welcome change from endless waits at other hotels. We also received complimentary fruit and 'goodnight soup'. The breakfast was arguably the best part of our stay. It offered an incredible variety and tasted delicious.

My wife's favourite hotel. Exceeded expectations in many areas. I feel like going back now. The room is new, big and really comfortable. Lots of little things made us feel so good: e.g. free snacks and dessert, books for browsing, free laundry, dining table, huge TV, big window. Now the down sides: There are not many eateries within walking distance. But I guess you can order delivery. They deliver to your hotel room here. It is so new that many cab drivers do not know the place.

The room is good overall. The TV is 65 inches and can be projected. The Xiaoai speaker can turn off the TV and draw the curtains. There is also a small humidifier. The shower is also good. The pillow is quite satisfactory. It is a memory pillow, unlike those old hotels that are big and soft. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. The breakfast is Chinese style, and the variety is rich, which is enough. After registering at the front desk, you can park for free and check out late. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the elevator. There are only two small and slow ones. Everything else is very satisfactory, although the price is a little expensive during the Spring Festival
