PPengguna Tetamu這是什麼神仙酒店！ 大同三天，入住了大同古城玖合裏四合院民宿，住了三天，我就要想：要不要攢錢買個四合院吧，老闆説：這個錢是攢不出來的！哈哈哈哈哈哈，這是大實話，這個小院子太安逸了，房間的温度、設備、床品品質都不錯。 位置：走幾分鐘到古城，對面就是城牆，到華嚴寺和九龍壁都超級方便，步行就可以。 服務：服務真心沒得挑，老闆自己接送，特別想你家大舅來招待你一樣，進退有度，不會讓你難堪。前台的小哥哥小姐姐真心好，一心服務，説話輕聲細語的。 設備：吹風機是戴森的，洗浴用品是歐舒丹的，馬桶智能加熱，我終於在北方住到了語音智能房間了[哭惹R][哭惹R]，我住的五星級酒店都沒有語音智能，但他家有！ 居住環境：安安靜靜，且我住的這幾天，其他房間旅客素質都很好，聽不到其他人的聲音。房屋裝修好喜歡的！求酒店設計圖哈哈哈 我不是託，因為他家讓我住的很開心，所以我要幫他宣傳一下子，下次還來住

Ggregory rozmarinReally unique build. The courtyard is beautiful the rooms are newly built with lots of nice features. One thing as a new build do need to improve there cleanliness standards to get all the new build dust out of the room. Great location and tge resturant they paired with for breakfast was really good. If came back would book this hotel again.

SShalinda WThis homestay (B&B) was Amazing! Coming from the US, and not being able to speak Chinese, we just planned to not take advantage of any hotel transportation. This hotel reached out to us via chat on Trip and coordinated pick-up a couple days prior, allowing us to use translation apps. Our train arrived several hours before scheduled check-in for the hotel, wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in was quick and we received some local goodies as well as a fruit basket. Amenities for the room are amazing, room itself is fully electronic and state of the art. The blow dryer was Dyson! We planned to walk to lunch, they kindly gave us a free ride. Breakfast was great as well with some local specialities (all fresh, not a buffet). This homestay was so welcoming and amazing, it made us sad we had only planned one night in Datong!

KKatrin SauthoffMy husband and I are a couple from Germany. We booked two nights there, and our decision was absolutely the right one. From the initial contact (via the WeChat app, which is essential for your entire trip to China) to our departure, everything was perfect. We were picked up from the train station by car and taken to the hotel free of charge. This is especially good for Western tourists who don't speak Chinese. The first problem would have been explaining to the taxi where we wanted to go. The lobby and rooms are very beautiful, stylish, and equipped with the highest technology. Most of the guest rooms face the inner courtyard, so you can sleep very quietly and comfortably. The beds are very large and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent. It's located on the northern edge of the Ancient City of Datong, just a few minutes' walk from the tourist attractions and the colorful and lively old town. So you can enjoy it without being disturbed by noise. I would especially like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, we don't speak Chinese, and the staff didn't speak English, but with the help of modern communication tools (language apps), we understood each other perfectly. Every request was fulfilled. There's even the option to use a washing machine in the basement of the hotel. This is especially fantastic for tourists on longer trips to China, as it allows for easy laundry. If you ever come back to China, we will definitely book this hotel again.

PPengguna TetamuBefore my check-in, i received messages from the hotel to make sure I have a smooth journey to reach their place. And from the moment I stepped in, I felt the warm and they eagerness to help me should I have any issues or request. I even got a free upgrade to a better room, delicious breakfast was packed for me when I have to get up early for sightseeing purpose. Location wise, car can only stop at somewhere nearby, but is a short distance and an easy road to walk. Overall I think this is a perfect stay for me, the only regret, I wish I can stay longer instead of only 2 nights.

PPengguna TetamuWe took a 23-day trip through China, staying in 9 different hotels. Without hesitation, I can say that our stay at Floral stood out in many ways. First, the hotel's structure is very beautiful and has been renovated while staying true to the traditional style of the region. The hotel room itself was probably the most beautiful we had seen on our entire trip: spacious, with windows that actually opened, good air conditioning, and modern decor and furniture without being over the top. Second, the hotel's location is within the boundaries of the city wall and is part of the old town, so beautiful to walk around and see the traditional houses - many of them renovated according to the traditional style. And third and most importantly, the kindness of the people who work at the hotel. I have never felt so welcome anywhere on holiday as at this place. Unfortunately, I arrived with health problems and needed antibiotics - equivalents of the ones I had brought from Europe. I asked the reception where I could find the closest pharmacy, but rather than guiding me there, Xiao Liu, the lady at the reception, figured out for me which antibiotic would be the right one and got it for me. The same when we needed a suitcase, rather than sending me to the shop she inquired about our desired suitcase and in one hour it was there. Drinks are complementary at any time of the day, and the breakfast (Chinese and international - sandwiches) was generous and unlimited. When we were running late coming back from the grottoes and needed to catch a train, Xiao Liu helped us out by bringing us all our suitcases directly to the train station. We will never forget all these acts of kindness and we are still grateful to her and the entire hotel staff for making us feel so much at home. Datong will stay in our minds and hearts forever thanks to the people of the Floral hotel. Datong is special enough for all the incredible cultural sights you can visit - but our stay there will never be forgotten thanks to the beauty of the Floral Hotel and its amazing people. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

PPSOCWe were warmly greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, making us feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the team went the extra mile to help us register on their app as we are foreigners, ensuring we could easily access Wi-Fi and contact them if needed. We had called ahead to request a humidifier and air purifier, and were pleased to find them already prepared in our room when we checked in. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the inclusion of an electric toilet with a heated seat was a thoughtful touch, especially during the winter season. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was genuinely helpful and sincere in their service, always making sure we were well taken care of. We initially planned to stay from 6/12/24 to 8/12/24 but felt so at home that we decided to extend our stay for an additional two days. A big thank you to the team at Mecure Hotel for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Me and my Husband had agreed this is best hotel in our 17 days China trip. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning in the future. Great job!

All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel has a beautiful warm feel to it, our room was charming, very comfortable, soft bed, lovely linen and pillows, plenty of room for our luggage, places to sit, great tv and even a warm loo seat and great shower. Plus a magnificent breakfast spread and laundry facilities too. They even have their own special tea. Great location - close to the wall entrance across the road and not far to walk to good restaurants. Close to public transport also. Thanks for having us. We won't hesitate to recommend to our family and friends.

LLiuMKThe hot spring hotel has been awesome. The room is very big, super clean and bright enough in areas like the bathroom. It is warm enough even in winter due to the underfloor heating,, so I have to turn off the room air con heating. The hotel front desk team is even more awesome. They are always ready to help with all kinds of queries and needs. When we were leaving, they even gave us a bottle of local vinegar as a gift. The hot spring is not located inside the hotel like the Japanese onsen. It is a couple of hundred meters away, but the hotel provided an electric buggy to ferry you to and fro. The hot spring area itself has a changing room, where you can out on the bathrobe before you step out in the open and into the hot spring. So even in winter, it is still manageable and you should not catch a cold. Some regular hot spring users even put on their down feather jacket over the bathrobe, and that surely is more effective. There are even security personnel at the hot spring to make sure there is help if you get into difficulties. Breakfast is also good. The hotel also uses the buggy to fetch you to a posh looking restaurant in the hotel vicinity. Food is good, and not too expensive. There is also a small retail outlet next to the restaurant. The prices there are very reasonable.
