This hotel.is exceptional value for money however its the only resort where we have ever had a comfort break on the airport transfer. 2hrs 50 mins is a long time after a long flight. We paid the equivalent of £40 p/p per day all inclusive. Cheap as chips. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly. Our room on 5th floor was large with a double bed and 2 singles. It did overlook the back street but it's size compensated for its view. We dont have children but the two entertainment staff are excellent with the kids. There is a large variety of food in the buffet restaurant but it is mainly aimed at Eastern European pallete. Sprouts for breakfast? You will still find something to eat and wont starve. We ate at the bistro bar on a lunch time and this was delicious. I do recommend making use of the one use fish restaurant as its delicious. The private beach and pier with its own beach bar is brilliant. One disappoin**ent was a problem.we had at the spa. Our massage was brilliant and we signed up for 400 euros of massages. There was a problem in taking our credit card for payment and we ended up trying 2 cards. Both were declined however the card statements showed debits of £900. This was eventually refunded but the stress caused me to cancel the massages we had booked. This was also refunded but the experience left me totally stressed out and did put a damper on the holiday. Apparently the spa is a totally separate business to the hotel. All in all with the exception of the spa problem and distance from airport this hotel is excellent value and I would recommend it to everyone.

Had a lovely time at this hotel, the room was spacious and kept very clean by the excellent staff. The hotel is in a very good position, a walk to the beach only takes under 5 minutes and a bus to the centre of town is very good value at 9 tl .The nights can get a bit noisy with disco music playing until midnight but ear plugs could solve this. The breakfast is the same each day and a buffet style could sort this out. Overall a very pleasant stay helped by an excellent management team.

Das Hotel liegt in sehr gute Laage. Personal ist sehr Nett. Besonders der Deniz ist sehr chillig. Die Zimmern sind immer Sauber. Der Auswahl in früchtück ist nicht sehr groß. Aber das was gibt schmeckt sehr gut. Ich empfehle alles im ganzen das Hotel weiter.

Bu otele iyi diyen ve oteli beğenenler ya sahte yorum yapıyor, yada hayatlarında ilk defa otel deneyiminde bulunmuşlar. Odalardan başlarsak oldukça eski heryer kırık dökük hiç tamir görmemiş. Televizyonlar tüplü, klimaların hepsi farklı marka muhtemelen 2. El eşya satanlardan alınmış. Odayı beğenmeyince bir çok odaya baktık hepsi aynı. Duşa kabin yok duş almak isterseniz odanın hepsine su sıçrıyor. Yataklarda yay yok oturduğumuzda altındaki kanepeye değiyorsunuz. Oda anahtarlalarını kaybet** derdiniz asla yok çünkü verdikleri anahtar sopa gibi. Odalara çıkmak sa ayrı bir mesele aile villalarında odalara çıkmak için 25-30 basamak var ayrıca bir o kadarda odanın kendine çıkmak için kullanıyorsunuz. Restorana yakın tavuk, hindi kümesi var buranın pis kokusunu yemeğe giderken mutlaka alıyorsunuz ki iştahtan kesilesiniz. Yemeklere girmiyorum bile çünkü sadece makarna ve patates kızart**sı yiyebilirsiniz . Otel içi seferler hurdalıktan alınan plakasız ve kazalı arabalarla yapılıyor. Güt**k isteyen arkadaşlar otuz sene öncesinin kalitesini tekrar yaşamak isterse ve tatil yerine moralini bozmayı istiyorsa gitsin. Ama şuna emin olun yorumlar kesinlikle doğru değil. Ben bir gece kaldım ve hemen çıkış istedim. Fakat bir gece kalmama rağmen iki gecenin parasına resmen el koydular ve ne olursa ordan hemen ayrıldım. Bir daha ne tavsiye ederim nede bu şekilde bi otele giderim.

I came here to Alanya for a business trip and found this hotel by chance and love it. The best part is how stuff's are so polite with the customers. And by the way they don't call you a customer, they treat you as a guest of their own. Beautiful decorations, delicious food, center of the Alanya. Perfection 😍😍😍.
