This hotel is located behind an abandoned mall and there is a permanently closed Golden Corral next door. So the immediate area is not the greatest. If was obvious we weren’t the first people to sleep on the sheets, not sure when they were last washed and the overall cleanliness of our room and stairways was questionable. Needless to say I skipped the breakfast. The staff we encountered were friendly enough, its just the cleanliness and obvious reused sheets that warrant the review.

We were attending graduation ceremony is at Miami University, this hotel is about 40 minutes away. The beds were very comfortable.
