The hotel is relatively close to the airport, but far from the city, the hotel room does not provide anything (no water), it takes about 15 minutes to walk out of the small supermarket, in fact, all good.

Enjoyed our stay. Arrived late evening and staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Room spacious on third floor with side view of the sea. All amenities in room ie tea coffee toiletries etc except for bottled water which let it down. Well stocked mini fridge. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were friendly. Plunge pool got a little busy at times. Hotel a little way out from the centre of Livorno. Would stay here again

The hotel is built using the walls of the old city and has lots of character. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Although parking is limited they got me a place in their underground car park nearby and once that was not available they allowed me to park in front of the hotel in one of the two spaces available. The hotel itself has lots of character and is well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and airy and clean. Breakfast is served in a downstairs room and there was a well stocked continental buffet available. The hotel is close to the sea and also the city centre where there are many attractions.

This hotel has comfortable spacious rooms and a good bathroom. On the one hand the hotel looks luxurious and businesslike, but on the other hand it also lacks a bit of atmosphere and the rooms (although in perfect condition) even come across as a bit dated. We weren't too keen on dinner here, but given the isolated location of this hotel, there are very few other nearby options. The location is clearly aimed at people with a car: we arrived by train and that was an unpleasant and somewhat dodgy walk. (would prefer not to do this in the dark). The service is excellent, as agreed a taxi was arranged for us on time the next morning.

Kakitangan yang mesra dan membantu. Hotel baru yang bagus. Tempat letak kereta adalah percuma semasa tempahan dan ditunjukkan di tapak, mereka mahu kami membayar 18 euro setiap malam. Kami diberitahu bahawa ini adalah ralat tapak dan memerlukan sedikit usaha, tetapi kami akhirnya menjadikannya percuma. Sayang sekali sebagai pelanggan membayar kerusi berjemur di pantai hotel

Hotel muy antiguo. Habitaciones cómodas pero las toallas y algunos desconchados en paredes y muebles no se corresponden con un cinco estrellas. Me pidieron un taxi para ir al puerto y al final aparecio una persona del hotel que luego me hizo en la entrada del puerto cambiar de coches y me llevaron a un lugar que no eran cobrándome 25 euros. Quería cobrarme más para llevarme al lugar correcto... El hotel es responsable de esto porque el coche inicial era de una persona del hotel

In pieno centro storico, nel meraviglioso quartiere “Venezia”, luogo suggestivo ed affascinante! Molto carino, curato nei particolari e pulitissimo! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad indicazioni e consigli! La camera familiare aveva il giusto spazio, conservando la sua eleganza! Materassi comodissimi, anche quello del letto singolo. Perfetta l’aria condizionata visto il periodo. Anche le forniture del bagno erano perfette, con le piccole saponette idratanti!!! Dettagli che non sfuggivano nell’insieme! Colazione deliziosa, i cornetti si scioglievano in bocca! Insomma è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile che ha reso la nostra visita a Livorno ancora più bella! Speriamo di tornarci presto!!

Terrible hotel- dirty, leaks in the bathroom and horrendous staff. Only positive was the food was good. We asked to move rooms because there was a drilling tools exhibition outside our bedroom from 9-10pm whilst we were trying to sleep because Vueling airlines had canceled our flight and put us on a flight which required us to be collected at 3:45am the following morning. We were also told that the people running the exhibition had booked the hotel before us and could make noise until 12am. Staff like this will cause the hotel to have no more guests- good luck.
