WLAN im Zimmer ist ungenügend: schwaches Signal und (vermutlich) zu schwacher Switch führen zu nervigen Timeouts bei WLAN-Benutzung. Der Kauf eines einfachen ÖBB-Billets via ÖBB-App erwies sich zeitweise als unmöglich - im Korridor (!) mit Glück doch noch etfolgreich. Seitens Trip wurde (wenn auch erforglos) versucht, das Kundenproblem zu beheben.
