酒店前台小哥很貼心，我們11點半左右到早了，商量是否行李寄存，三點半後再來checkin，他查了一下房間已準備好，直接幫我們辦理入住了。 離奧特萊斯一刻鐘車程，確實不錯👍

Saya hanya mempunyai satu aduan tentang hotel. Polis dr sungai melalui tempat letak kereta agak kerap. Yang mengatakan ia tidak pernah benar-benar menjejaskan saya dan penginapan sentiasa tenang, bersih, murah dan mudah. Kakitangan membantu dan mesra, dan saya ragu mereka mengawal keadaan polis. Teruskan, bumbung merah!

The food was good. My room nice and clean. Staff very friendly

Motel asas untuk harga rendah di bandar. Harga ditunjukkan dalam sikap beberapa pekerja. Lelaki daftar masuk lewat petang adalah bagus walaupun.

Travelers who stay here for the breakfasts, beware: weekly menus include breakfasts with no substantial animal protein (like bacon or sausage), so it will be a crapshoot as to what your breakfast will or will not include at this hotel. While the room was fine, the issue was the run-around I was given with breakfast. In 20-30 years I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express (for the breakfasts), this hotel provided no substantial (i.e., ”typical”) animal protein the Sunday morning I stayed there. When I asked the front desk about it, he had a litany of excuses and at least one outright lie (repeated by the General Manager, Jay): there *was* animal protein - it was in the little bits in the gravy, they can't provide for *special diets* (huh ?!), ”you're the only one who has complained”, they don't determine the menus - IHG provides the menus, etc. Others in the breakfast room were surprised as well (whether they actually talked to the front desk or not is neither here nor there). Later I looked at the plaque on the wall and it is owned by Pramukh Hotels. I called IHG who confirmed that they (IHG) do *not* determine the menus - either the Pramukh Hotel owner or the hotel general manager does, so the front desk and the manager lied to me. I'm grateful that IHG refunded that night's points to me, but I will be making sure that I find out ahead of time if the hotel I want to make a reservation at is a Pramukh Hotel and avoid it.

I stay here every time I am in the area. Esha at the front desk is always friendly efficient and has GREAT customer service. Everyone from housekeeping to breakfast to maintenance is friendly and personable. Location is great as well . Conveniently located to several dining options and a Starbucks (which is great too) . Theres free breakfast with several options , a laundry facility and fitness center . Some rooms also have jetted tubs at great rates too Highly recommend this hotel . Great people 👏 great prices 👍

Very clean hotel with great staff. Quick and professional check-in, perfectly good room and quiet (although it was a weekday). Definitely stay again if I come this way. I might suggest, however, that the quality of the breakfast foods could be a bit improved. Also, the breakfast staff person needs to be a bit better trained. He was trying, but seemed flustered by even small requests (such as ”do you have any more bananas?”) But overall a positive experience.
