Everything was great about this hotel, except that when I ran the sink in the bathroom, part of the waste water would overflow on to the shelf under the countertop. Really wierd that someone would fix a drain issue and not check their work.

Flew in from the UK, needed somewhere cheap to go. I'm very pleased with my stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. There was a very nice dude in general working at the front desk, however I didn't catch his name. I checked in and was a little nervous at first, being that I've never stayed in a Motel 6 before, therefore I didn't know what to expect. When I walked into the room, I could tell it got cleaned very well. I threw my luggage down and plopped on the bed. It was a very good night's rest. If I'm ever in the US again, I will definitely be using Motel 6 for my lodging. I highly recommend this, especially for those on a budget! (also, if you're wondering why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, it's because it was a little outdated, that's the only reason why)

Gimnasium kosong setiap kali saya menggunakannya dan mesin kelihatan baru serta TV (dan tv di bilik saya). Kelemahannya ialah saya mendapati rambut di salah satu katil dan saya terpaksa meminta dua kali untuk cadar diganti, kali pertama saya diberitahu mereka telah ditukar tetapi rambut masih ada. Ia agak malap di dalam bilik saya dan beberapa lampu padam dan nampaknya tidak boleh diganti? Sarapan adalah meh, hanya sarapan kontinental dengan serbuk segera saya rasa. Buah itu tidak diisi semula semasa saya berada di sana. Saya gembira secara keseluruhan dengan penginapan saya.

I don't know what was better... the comfort of my bed or the people who work at the Hampton Inn & Suites located in Skokie, IL! The staff was so lovely. Jose, Anesa, Rebecca, Jackie and Tracey, and all the staff couldn't have been kinder and more eager to help make my stay excellent! I had an injury and needed a wheelchair and some special care and attention and the staff was more than happy to help me out. They made a special point to make sure I was taken care of and to ask if I needed anything. They were concerned that I had everything that I needed and to make my experience as great as it could be. When booking my room, I was a bit nervous that I would have difficulty getting around but the staff at this hotel were so generous in offering to help me that I was able to relax a bit more and not worry about getting around. I am truly so grateful for that and for all the concern and assistance that they gave to me. As for the quality of the room, the beds and room were super comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I didn't want to get out of it! The other guests were respectful. The room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Nothing super elaborate or fancy, but for the hotel's price point, it was a more than good enough breakfast. As for the price, I felt it was a very fair price for the level of service and product delivered. It's not a super high end hotel with gourmet room service, excellent views, elaborate breakfast buffet spread and concierge service, but the quality of accommodations, comfort-level and customer service is definitely solid and very good, especially for the price. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and clean stay, with great customer service for a good and fair price.

房間大。屋內有廚房,廚房裡有微波爐,洗碗機,兩個爐頭,烤麵包機,咖啡機以及鍋碗瓢盆等等。有24小時開放免費自助洗衣房，健身房，游泳池等等。免費自助早餐也不錯。周圍有很多購物店 ，到Costco不到1英裏。每天有人打掃衛生，更換浴室用品及床上用品。

Everything is great! Staff are friendly. The room is clean and amenities are in good condition!:)

The Marriot Courtyard in Glenview is NOT the place anyone should stay at. Upon check in the staff was rude and treated me like an ***** for checking in at 9 am. I explained to the staff that I had booked the room for and paid the previous day (Friday 6/10) in order to ensure that we would be able to enter the room once our plane landed on 6/11. Once the staff member pulled up my reservation and finally listened to me she said “you’re already checked in so you just need a key?” In a rather rude tone to which I replied “I’m unsure of your process but yes just give me my room key so I can go”. I confirmed with the worker that we had a crib for my son to sleep in in the room due to us all immediately needing a nap, she confirmed that it was there and she saw the notes on my account asking for one. Upon entering our room my fiancé and I saw it was in disrepair, it was a “renovated “ hotel, yet the baseboards in our room where not straight they where warped from what we assumed to be water damage, along with a large crack/ hole in our bedroom wall. Under the two air conditioning units was about a 3 in high gap that ran the whole length of the unit filled with spider webs and every other guests dirt and grime. I found the crib that was supposed to be in my room was not there so I called the front desk and told the worker there was no crib and I need one for my 2 year old to nap, she said one would be there immediately. The ottoman had stains on it along with the pull out couch. I searched the room for sheets for the pullout couch since that is where my 2 daughters would be sleeping. There was none. I called the front desk where the once again rude woman told me to “look in the drawers” I informed her I already did in fact and there was nothing but a cheap old fleece blanket. The woman came down with some bedding and asked if the crib had made it yet and I informed her it had not, about 10 minutes later it argued at my door (at this point this is an hour past check in when I first confirmed it was in my room. I go to get my kids settled in bed for a nap to find they brought only flat sheets as bedding no fitted sheets for theirs cheep pull out couch, so I did my best to get it to stay on the bed my children where sleeping on. That night my children end up sleeping at their grandmas and it was only my fiancé and I in our room. In one night I encountered around 5 spiders in my room, but brushed it off despite my fear of spiders. The next night our children where back at our hotel. The following morning which was the morning of Monday 5/13 I woke up to about 6 more spiders around the room. I couldn’t handle that amount of bugs and went to the front desk asking to move rooms. The girl working that day informed me they where fully booked but could move me the next night and I agreed. Upon going back to my room my children had woken up and my 6 year old had a strange mark on her face I assumed from sleeping wrong. 30-45 minutes later my 6 year old was ful

整個攜程的服務體驗非常極其差；幫老闆客户代訂酒店，入住時候前台告知房間沒付款，直接刷卡的客户信用卡；半個月後發現信用卡的錢盡然被重複扣款；還好當時拿了住宿單能講清楚；聯繫攜程要求我提供憑證，好不容易找到憑證之後，連續經歷三天不同客户的電話聯繫，事情還是沒解決；攜程從頭到尾沒講清楚為什麼錢沒付款酒店，也不講清楚如何賠償，賠償的理由是什麼？導致我公司無法報銷，錢又退不回來；整個過程入住和預訂體驗非常差；做為攜程的忠實粉絲真是非常失望；首先處理投訴沒有時效性，不聽清楚客户到底是什麼意願，不同客服電話輪流轟炸，沒一個能拍板的；其次，從頭到尾不講哪個環節出現差錯，也不按照違約賠償；明顯的對客户資本主義，我們如果不去住了就不能退，沒有任何緩和餘地；但是攜程錯了，就對不起解決了，對自己革命主義的雙標行為，差到極致！原本以為自己是鉑金客户，投訴會處理更及時，然而完全沒有，所以訂攜程、同程、安可達沒什麼任何區別，無論你會員級別高或者低；所以還是建議大家不要把菜放一個籃子裏面，有便宜的還是找便宜的，貴价的也未必能好到哪裡去。出問題衹會避重就輕，該承擔的賠償自己也不願意承擔責任；客服還説：當時你幹嘛不電話聯繫我們攜程，我們馬上會處理的，意思是，客户沒聯繫就是你不對，責任在你那裡，聽到這個真是當場暈掉了；中美的時差，我訂個酒店，還要隨時關注，不關注還不行，要像攜程員工一樣24小時值班了……這種客服怎麼能上崗的……佣金攜程賺，事情你要幹，你沒幹就是你的錯！差到極致！
