Let's start with the positives. Our room on the third floor at the front overlooking the sea was very spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and very nice bed linen. The only thing we didn't find that would have been useful was an iron and ironing board. The views from the balcony were stunning. The bathroom was large with good toiletries and space to put things away. The shower may not have been the most powerful but worked fine and hot water was always available. Breakfast was excellent, served until 11 am, with an extensive buffet selection and cooked to order items. On the less positive side, whilst the mornings were great the beach bar DJ started up at 2 pm with thumping bass'y music increasing in volume as the afternoon went on. This doesn't make for a relaxing time on the beach. Whilst to be expected in the main season we had not anticipated this in the first week in October. It was quieter sitting by the pool but if you like to sit on the beach in peaceful and tranquil surroundings this is not the place for you. The other significant negative was the excessively expensive food and drink. For some bizarre reason the menus are priced in Euros but billed in Turkish Lira which makes checking the bill quite difficult. Very few bottles of wine under 100 Euros and food choices were limited unless you wanted to pay a fortune. This had the effect of pushing guests away from the hotel to eat and drink; those who could easily afford it simply weren't prepared to pay unrealistic prices for what was on offer. A bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush was over 2,000 Lira when you could buy exactly the same in the supermarket five minutes walk up the road for 300 Lira. A 600%mark-up seems somewhat greedy! Unlikely we will stay here again.

2nd visit to this wonderful hotel and it won't be the last. We genuinely love this hotel and all the staff are incredibly friendly. Dogukan and Harry are part of a super animation team. Darts Game with Dogukan was great fun. (3 TIMES CHAMPION). Omer the bartender remembered us from our first visit and we never went short of a rum or two. The room was clean, the food was amazing, especially at the 24/7 restaurant. The drinks were lovely, the weather was perfect, the pool was surprisingly warm. We will be back soon. Why would we go anywhere else!? None of my photos are edited...it genuinely looks this good in real life 🌞

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

Geldiğimizde çok güler yüzlü ve kibar bir tavırla karşılandık. Odamızın manzarası ve dekorasyonu çok güzeldi. Oda kahvaltı şeklinde konaklama yaptık ve kahvaltı lezzeti çok başarılıydı. Çeşitlilik olarak da fazlaydı. Odaların içerisinde küçük bir mutfak bölümü mevcut. İçerisinde tost makinesinden bir çok mutfak ürününe kadar var. Ekstra bir şeyler alıp burada da kendinize yemek yapabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıcaa oda içerisinde ütü ve ütü masası da var ki bence çok iyi düşünülmüş. Otele giriş yaptığınızda zaten konsept hakkında bilgi veriliyor. Her 3 günde bir oda temizliği yapılıyor fakat ekstra bir istediğimiz olursa yardımcı olabileceklerini de iletiyorlar. Bu yüzden yorumlardaki temizlik olayına çok takıldım diyemem. Odayı biraz da nasıl kullandığınızla alakalı. Biz 2 kişiydik ve oda fazlasıyla yetti diyebilirim. Yatak konforu güzel. Aklıma başka bir şey gelmedi sadece çok beğendik ve bir dahaki tatilimizde de kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir yer olacak. Herkese çok teşekkür ederiz.

31 agustos-2 eylul tarihleri arasinda 3 kisilik cekirdek ailemle geldik. Denizini sevmedim, kumu cok tasliydi. Ancak havuzu ***et iyiydi. Cankurtaran omer bey de gorevini cok iyi yapiyordu. Yemekler ***et guzeldi, cesitler fazlaydı. Personellerin ilgisi, alakasi, guleryuzu her seyden daha onemliydi. Nazli hanim, muhammed bey, veysel bey, huseyin bey, mustafa bey, hidir bey ilginize sonsuz tesekkurler. Animator ekibinde olan Fero bey ve Efe beye de ayrica tesekkur ederim. Her gun bir etkinlige katildim onlarla, ilgileri alakalari cok iyiydi. Tatil bitisinde uzatmak istedik, bos oda olmadigi icin uzatamadik maalesef ama seneye yine gelmeyi dusunuyoruz.

Şömine başında ister çayınızı, kahvenizi için, isterseniz şarabınızı yudumlayın. Bu sıcak, samimi ortamı yaratan sadece dekorasyon değil elbette... Otelin sahibinden çalışanına herkes çok güleryüzlü, ilgili, yardımsever ve saygılı... Oda tertemiz, sade, şık ve kaliteli; yataklar çok rahat, klima çok iyi ısıtıyor, banyo yenilenmiş ve çok temiz... Benim için en büyük artısı; evcil hayvan kabul edilmesiydi... Since my last visit a couple of years ago the Serhan has had a lot of work done to it. Improvements include front patio and pool area which have both been tidied up with the area around the pool now having more space. Similarly reception area has moved and looks much more professional The dining area has moved and free up space in the bar area. The rooms have also seen improvements and the wi-fi is also much stronger. This year Serhan has an all inclusive option and must say that I am impressed with the variety and presentation of food. Finally good variety of drinks. One tip. Be nice with the staff, they work hard to help us enjoy our holidays

I stayed here for 4 weeks in august 2022 and it’s been an amazing holiday. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Pool and bar area is quite big and also nice. The staff are so helpful and nice. It is close to road, restaurants and bar street but you can hardly hear any noise. I will definitely stay here next year!

Чудесная тройка - читала я отзывы.. не верьте !! У отеля ПЛЯЖА НЕТ ! отельеры не подали информацию о том, что в этом году они не арендуют пляж - и вполне понятно почему! Первый и огромный обман. Маленькие, просто крохотный номера ! Одна маленькая тумбочка и плательный шкаф с 3 плечиками на 2 персоны! Стаканчик для зубных щёток, мыльница- о таком не слышали. Сейф закрывается просто на ключ; а ключ выдаёт администратор . смешно - в этом случае уместно назвать этот сейф просто ящиком с ключиком, который способен открыть любой работник отеля . Уборка ? Зачем- полы не мылись вообще, мусор убирали и все ! При этом горничная приходила после обеда и была очень недовольна, когда мы просили её прийти позже. Кондиционер- отдельная песня. Очень старый и допотопный , дул нещадно, настроить не получалось, поэтому спали без него и каждый час просыпалась, чтобы включить и выключить у соседей кондиционер не работал вообще. Заглянула внутрь - комки грязи. интернет работал слабо- вай фай нестабильный . Попросили ланч - бокс, так как рано выезжали на экскурсию- получили маленькую булочку, кусочек сыра и колбаски. Весьма странно. Что понравилось- еда ; обилие хорошо приготовленных овощей, курица . Завтрак тоже радовал- яйца, сыры; овощи, зелень, хлопья , джемы, кофе - голодным точно не останешься. Через день омлет , мясные блюда на огне - курица . Раз в неделю рыба. К тати, в день заселения даже позавтракали. Заселили нас в 9.30 , не пришлось ждать 14.00. У нас была терраса с очень потрепанным столом и стульями , если постараться, можно увидеть море). Про бассейн - сами не купались, но наблюдали, как засыпают в него химикатов для чистоты. А однажды молодые сотрудники купались в нем в одежде и обуви( с гигиеной тут не шаморачивпбтся) - повсюду лужи воды, я подскользнулась , еле удержала равновесие. Мы были на позитиве, старались закрывать глаза на дискомфорт. Справедливости ради отмечу - работники отеля прислушиваться и стараются выполнять пожелания гостей . В отеле один работник, прекрасно говорящий на русском- всегда обращались к нему , старался все исправить . В целом, конечно, отель своих денег не стоит . Не советую.

9 nights to gumbet staying at the baba next door to Nagi, however very disappointed to see how dirty and run down babas beach side was so I went along to nagi to use their beach side (all hotels happy for you to do this if you purchase drinks/food) Customer service from all staff was amazing, good mornings/good afternoons, remembered your name, what you drink! Ordered and Brought the drinks and food to your sun lounger, always smiling, happy, get to know you as a friend not just a customer. Run a tab for the day and pay at the end of day. Food was amazing, chicken sandwiches, Toasties, omlèttes were my main go to for lunch and all come woth chips and salad, all for around £3. Staff constantly walking around serving. More staff cleaning the beach area, tidying the loungers once people left, wiping down tables and loungers, even had a net to sift thru the water for litter in there at times. When I used the pool side toilets, always staff there cleaning or restocking, not once did I see a mess or sandy wet floors like u often do. Security at the hotel entrance. Any dogs or cats that came on beach were scurried off by staff so they didn't pester for food. free WiFi Literally can't fault this hotel for its beach side and food service. Spoke to many of their customers who said great hotel, inclusive breakfast was great, fresh omelette cooked to order. 13-16 Mart 2022 tarihlerinde konakladığım Flora Bodrum Hotel'den çok memnun kaldım. Otelin konumu çok iyi; denize sıfır, merkezi olduğu için her şey elinizin altında, ulaşım çok rahat. Otelden içeri girince sımsıcak, tertemiz bir ortamla karşılaşıyorsunuz... Lobby çok keyifli, antika mobilyalar modernize edilmiş ve güzel bir ambiyans yaratılmış. Telefon koleksiyonuna bayıldım... Şömine başında ister çayınızı, kahvenizi için, isterseniz şarabınızı yudumlayın. Bu sıcak, samimi ortamı yaratan sadece dekorasyon değil elbette... Otelin sahibinden çalışanına herkes çok güleryüzlü, ilgili, yardımsever ve saygılı... Oda tertemiz, sade, şık ve kaliteli; yataklar çok rahat, klima çok iyi ısıtıyor, banyo yenilenmiş ve çok temiz... Benim için en büyük artısı; evcil hayvan kabul edilmesiydi... The hotel itself is located in a convenient location and it is very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and the view is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English fluently. They were very helpful providing us with an itinerary of things we could do! Overall a great experience!

We ve been with family and friends for a day trip to Alikarnassos. We booked a cheap hotel (50€) per night for a two room 4 bed suite, each family. To be honest i was a bit skeptical considering the low price. Arriving at the hotel, parking was not an issue because of a wide street in front of it. Communicating was a bit difficult due to lack of English (on their account). As soon as made the reservation,i headed for the room to be surprised in a good manner. The rooms were clean, with new furniture. Equipped with A/C fridge and tv. There was also a pool. Breakfast was free and delisious, served in front of the pool. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is not on the beach, it is located 10' by foot from the nearest beach. Concluding, is was a pleasant experience that we are considering having again in the near future!!

The Poyz hotel is one of the nicest places that we have stayed in Turkey. The price was right and competitive. The location was perfect and within few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was large, modern, beautiful, and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was customized, delicious, and included everything. The staff were very friendly, courteous, gracious, and helpful. I had a parking spot right in front of the hotel. We definitely plan to return and stay here again hopefully soon.

I stayed here for 4 weeks in august 2022 and it’s been an amazing holiday. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Pool and bar area is quite big and also nice. The staff are so helpful and nice. It is close to road, restaurants and bar street but you can hardly hear any noise. I will definitely stay here next year!
