Hotel Venice dengan Gim

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was amazing and def worth the extra cost. Front desk arranged for a taxi for the airport which was very convenient. 2 suggestions would be a fully enclosed shower door, kind of weird that it’s only a half glass wall and sprays out during the shower. Also, we were on the 8th floor and alllll night and early morning I heard loud thumping noises and rolling noises, only to realize the weight room was above us on the 9th floor ?! I’ve never heard of a weight room being above the hotel guest rooms , not a good floor plan idea for guests to get adequate rest and relax after a long travel day. I would suggest first floor weight room like most other hotels. Also, hotel is not near many restaurants etc . Not a lot to do nearby.

A nice, fresh hotel with new furniture and a very clean room. There's hair conditioner and body lotion, and a drinking water machine in the lobby. On the downside, the breakfast is meager, generic and the same every day, and the coffee from the machine isn't tasty.

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

sangat bagus! Sarapan pagi agak mahal tetapi lazat dan mempunyai banyak variasi! Kolam renang sangat bersih! Ketika kami membuat teh hitam, kami dapati susu yang kami bancuh telah rosak. Selepas melaporkannya kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, kami terus diberi yang baru. Perkhidmatan pengisian adalah sangat tepat pada masanya. Tidak mudah untuk sampai ke hotel dengan pengangkutan awam pada waktu malam. Anda perlu berjalan kaki sebentar. Meja penyambut tetamu sangat bersemangat dan memperkenalkan kami kepada laluan bas berhampiran hotel.

I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Having traveled to many hotels around the world, the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice truly stands out as the finest. We visited for our honeymoon, and the warm hospitality we received from the front desk and the restaurant staff was incredible—they made us feel so celebrated. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety and everything was delicious. The facilities were spotlessly clean, and every staff member was exceptionally kind and professional. Additionally, the accessibility to the city center was excellent, making our stay very convenient. Thank you so much for providing us with such wonderful, lifelong memories. Thank you!

This is a conveniently located hotel for Venice Mestre train station (approx 5 min walk) which is just a short 20 minute service into the centre of Venice. You can also get buses from here too with prices starting at 1.50 euro for a single ticket. The rooms are comfortable and clean with complimentary nespresso machine and teabags in your room. The breakfast has a selection of some hot food (sausage, bacon and eggs), coffee, cold meats, breads and cereals. This is a great way to avoid staying in the busyness of Venice but close enough to be near. Also has laundry and gym onsite. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. The

We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

The hotel offers exceptional service and amenities, surpassing typical expectations for a 4-star establishment. Its convenient location includes a bus stop directly across the street providing easy access to Venice city center. Additionally, there's a large supermarket nearby for quick snacks or groceries. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación muy grande y limpia. El personal muy atento y tienen comida sin gluten. Además, está muy cerca del puente de la Academia que cruza el gran canal. También tienen restaurante en el mismo hotel. Por ello, lo recomiendo al 100%.
