The Kingsford, Ascend Hotel Collection

We spent 4 nights at the Kingsford Brisbane Airport Hotel. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. Everyone at the hotel made us feel very welcome. They lent us a couple of Go cards which we could top up round the corner. The room was spacious and we did not feel cramped having a separate lounge area to the beds and bathroom. The hotel was quiet in spite of the busy road outside. Breakfast had an adequate selection of dishes which suits someone who might want eggs benedict or just a muffin for breakfast. The hotel is a block along from the Ferry for a 50minute ride to Brisbane CBD also a bus stop if one wants to get there faster. There are a good selection of restaurants close by in two directions. We felt very well looked after and all the staff looked after us very well. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are planning to stay for a few nights and want to be really comfortable.

The stay was wonderful and the staff super helpful. The easy walk to the ferry made the stay fabulous and the staff had go cards we could use. Definitely a great spot to stay if you travel to Brisbane.

Staff were lovely, great location, very clean, and I felt safe staying on my own. Would recommend!

The initial meeting with reception was so friendly, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the area has all you need for a great stay in Hamilton.

Well appointed room. Clean and comfortable and in great condition. 5 mins from ferry jetty and shops/cafes.

The door on our balcony would not latch and stay shut. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Property is close to supermarket and is on a main road with many food options close by.

Really happy with the hotel and the staff. My only complaint was the shower head which was terrible, like being sprayed with a hose. Worst shower ever.

Recently refurbished, pleasant fit out. Bed very comfortable, quiet, free parking (but need some more spaces), dining available nearby in Racecourse Rd. Staff excellent, very helpful. Only odd thing is the taps, which combine water pressure plus water temperature in one fitting, which probably wastes water. Am likely to stay again.
