無窗大床房是真的悶，挺小的，網絡還衹能連接別的房間的。但衞生乾淨，阿姨每天會倒垃圾，但並不會補充必需品，需要注意一下。前台服務很好，有什麼需求都會馬上滿足。地鐵站不是很遠，但離景區有些距離。早餐品類一般，但是早餐阿姨態度很好，友善和藹。

環境優美，大大的落地窗推開是一個很寬的陽台。清晨站在陽台上看着青山，聽着鳥鳴，真的很愜意。前台小哥哥人很好，溫柔細心。兒子說不滿意的我們中午退房后在大廳等車接我們，中途點了外賣，吃完后把垃圾收起來準備扔卻沒找到垃圾桶，問了一個小姐姐服務員，卻很不高興地對兒子說：我們的垃圾桶滿了，你不可以扔這裏。我想說的是我就算不收拾，放在桌上應該也沒問題吧，怎麼可以這樣對一個小朋友。那麼熱天氣，他衹好把垃圾拿到酒店外麪去扔，這些都是後來才告訴我的。真的覺得不是每個人都善良

This is my third night in this hotel, yes, I decide to extend stay in this hotel. Breakfast is good as before. Room is clean and the check all amenities. Across the hotel there’s Mall but rather empty of visitor. 1 station with MRT there’s a bigger and nice mall lots of restaurant and snack. Surrely will stay in this hotel if I visit my son again.

SStevenWhat a great discovery this place was! Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh. As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special. As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day. Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary. Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers. Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed. Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her. The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons. It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable. If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant. Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times. That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

PPengguna Tetamu因為要去靈隱寺捐瓦，所以就想就近找個酒店。一圈看下來，感覺他家比較合適。我定的是壹號院，有露天小天井還有茶座。置物架上有送的小點心，還有送歡迎水果，晚上還送現磨的芝麻糊，酒店在這些細節方面很用心。壹號院每一間房都帶地暖，空調温度設定到31度以上，地暖就啟動了，所以儘管1度左右的寒冷天，倒也不覺得冷。壹號院是非常有禪意的小院，房間也好、茶室也好，都很有意境。採取的是管家式服務，小胡管家事事想到了前面，及時提議，有需求反應速度也很快。年紀輕輕的小姑娘，不容易呢！他家的餐廳，味道非常不錯，因為下雨懶得出去，就在餐廳吃了晚餐，味道很不錯呢。早餐，品種非常豐富，一位經理模樣的女士，熱心服務，幫我們拉烤爐過來取暖，給我們拿烤桔，添茶……賓至如歸的感覺。餐廳的外圍是茶園，如果天氣不是很冷的話，可以把門打開，田園風光即在眼前。很好的一家酒店，以後還會去。

WWangThe staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make. The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.

HHui QiHotel location and services by staff were great. Particularly like that there is a laundry room in the hotel equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Hotel staff also help to keep your laundry if you can't afford to wait for clothes to dry up. MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

PPengguna TetamuDishonest and Poor Communication We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion. Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor. When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie. Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed. On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy. When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat. The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly. We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.
