Prime location in the city centre. However, the amenities are worse than other hotels I’ve stayed in Helsinki and come at a cost (ie. Sauna and gym) when other hotels offer them for free. Breakfast is OK but I’d suggest skipping and buying something nice from the various options nearby in the area. Asked for late checkout and was told it would cost 10eur per our, which is ridiculous considering other hotels usually offer a few hours up to a certain point for free. Good hotel for its location but quite pricey and you don’t get too much out of it.

We had a great stay at hotel, It is nearly 1.2-1.5 km from main railway station in town, you can either walk or go by bus to reach the hotel. Google maps is the best thing for bus timings and all. The hotel rooms were very good, clean and has all the facilities we need. The breakfast was good and has lot of varieties including vegetarian options. You can either go to market by walk and if it is snowing it is better to take tram. You can take day pass for all public transport which will be cheaper as well as free you from hassle of buying tickets every-time. The city is beautiful and hotel was also beautiful and comfortable.

Overall I was satisfied with the location and the comfort of the bed - which for me is the highest priority. I liked the pillow spray as an extra amenity - and the receptionist didn’t hesitate to give me more of those. The staff was kind all the time. Two things that can be improved: 1) The sauna could be cleaned more often, 2) more coffee in the room!

評價裏大部分人都給出了不好的印象，一開始我也比較緊張，衹訂了一天，如果這一晚的體驗很差的話就再去別的地方住，但是事實證明這是一個不錯的地方，緊挨碼頭和教堂，步行三分鐘即可到達一個很多輕軌都停靠的站台。我第一天因為身體不適所以麻煩前台小哥給了我一個偏僻的房間，他還貼心的給了我耳塞，但是那晚非常安靜。而且浴室裏也有沐浴露和護髮素。第二天我去前台詢問價格想要續住，意外發現現場預訂的價格比trip上的高出不少。酒店大廳寬敞安靜，有等候可用的座椅以及行李儲存區。唯一需要注意的一點是窗簾並非完全遮光，如果睡眠質量差建議你帶一個眼罩。

This place hands down is an absolutely unique experience on its own, to voluntarily stay in a prison haha. The staff was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful with any requests we had. We were staying there to celebrate New Year's Eve and they recommend it lots of great places to go. The hotel/ prison itself was amazing just to be in. The restaurant downstairs had exceptional food for dinner and breakfast. Will definitely stay longer on our next vacation. The hotel is within walking distance to the center of the city as well as the Capitol building. The location is perfect if you want to celebrate New Year's Eve festivities which are held in the plaza outside of the Capitol building. Unforgettable time!

hotel is situated in a quiet location with plenty of accessible supermarkets. It is not close to any tourist attractions but Kammpi and the city center is close if you take the train. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Generally, hotel is clean. The only problem I had was that shower in my room drains very slowly and water leaks outside the shower area.

Small room especially toliet only allowed one person to stay inside. Room looked new but mold was found on the side of the wash basin and the exhaust fan. Easy to hurt your legs and get bruised when you got out of bed because there was a wooden slats around the bed. No luggage rack; thus, the luggage could only be opened by placing it on the floor. The privacy at wellness center was poor. The female changing room door could directly go to the wellness centre but No screen between the changing room door and the wellness center. When you were changing your clothes, anyone in the wellness center could look clearly what you are doing in the changing room. The water in the hot tub was not hot enough. It was difficult to contact reception by phone because no one answered the phone at any time.

Located just a few blocks from the main esplanade, this boutique hotel offers a quiet location near most of the top sights for tourists. Walking is mostly flat and navigating around is easy. Reception staff are friendly! Rooms are a nice size, with good beds and linens. Wi-Fi is fast, and the tub/shower combo wet room in the bath works well without fussy knobs. Daily housekeeping if you want it. For Titanium elite members, you can choose the breakfast buffet as your option instead of points since there’s no concierge lounge here. Great choice with some regional dishes, such as the rice porridge rye pastry. You need to try them! Staff here are friendly, too. For shopping, check out Taito on the corner two blocks away as you reach the esplanade. They have curated a nice selection of upscale handmade woolens, household goods, pottery, jewelry and clothing. Finnish designer Tuula Rossi has her gorgeous luxury outerwear here-worth a visit if you like supporting local artists. Marimekko, Karl Fazer chocolates and other great shops are right off the Esplanade as well. Be sure to enjoy the sculptures as you stroll! The small old market food hall nearby is clean with mostly stalls selling food, but the harbor’s Kauppatori market tents also have food vendors and both local crafts and knick-knack booths. You can catch the ferry to Suomenlinna fortress here.

Best content you can find, Sauna, Swimming Pool, Breakfast Buffet, Gym 24/7, Yoga, Pilates and HIIT courses all included!! I mean, cannot get better. Cleaning of room daily is also included. Completely reccomended. Easy to access bus stops to get to the city and airport.

Perfect central location amongst smart restaurants and shops and just around the corner from the grand Art Museum and central square. Nice facilities, excellent breakfast included in the tariff and very pleasant dining areas. The staff were excellent and we were very grateful to be allocated a corner room with lovely leafy outlook.

My favourite hotel in Helsinki which has the largest rooms for up to 4 adults, 1 shower room and 1 toilet. The breakfast spread has a large variety and is very delicious, be sure to book with breakfast as it is cheaper than buying it at the hotel. Location is out of the city center but is very near the tram stop (3mins walk), 15mins tram ride to Stockmann, 9 mins tram ride to Kamppi mall and 7 mins tram ride to West Ferry Terminal. Recommended!!
