I stayed in room 503 room is to much good and clean comfortable bed clean and nice bed linen room is having good fregrence washroom flooring is also good piyu nagesh vikrant was also very good taken good care of us Nilesh and Narendra was also nice to us Mr.Mjai was nice guy kulbhushan and rochak given nice service by there guys given us memorable stay.Azaliya breakfast was good augustino and rudra was also very good

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Location isn't great as the metro is about half a kilometer away, and that's not great in the sweltering weather. Service was great, and got several gluten freel options for breakfast. Cleaning was done daily. But some small issues with the room. TV channels would lose picture sometimes (IPTV), and TV starts up with high volume. Doors in bathroom and shower opens differently. Water pressure in shower isn't good (for the handle). Finishings on the room are a bit lacking, such as the area behind the toilet on the left. (Looks like there's dried glue there) Internet WiFi is fast. All in all, aside for the location, it's a good place to stay when visiting Dubai.

Good service with helpful and friendly people around. Hotel is only about 7 minutes walk to metro and just beside Wafi mall. Also 10 minutes drive from airport. Complimentary late checkout as my flight was in the late evening. Appreciate it so much 👍👍👍

Service has dropped below what you would expect in a 4* let alone a high end 5* Dubai hotel! Food & Drinks orders took forever if they ever arrived and billing of invoice was a mess! Breakfast was chaos with 2 of our 9 mornings hot drinks not being delivered either at all or correctly - the hotel was busy due to it being half term but this is why you pay the extra to stay in such a 5* establishment so service doesn’t drop - Jumeirah didn’t get this memo on this occasion! Wild wadi water park is closed - they say it’s open but it just has a lazy river open which is ridiculous! For a hotel we have used 7 years in a row we are so very disappointed! Time to try one of the others!

Our experience was overall extremely enjoyable. On arrival we were met with enthusiasm from a tall gentleman dressed in Egyptian clothing, keeping to the theme of the hotel. The staff checking in were lovely and couldn't do enough to help with a positive can do approach to any requests. We were checked in immediately and directed to the stunning golden and white pod lifts. It was my birthday whilst we stayed and we would like to say a special thank you to the staff who decorated our room, he was superb, it added to the experience and made it feel extra special. The standard restaurant had a good selection of foods which varied each day, although the desserts leave a little to be desired in terms of taste - although they look great. The royal grill steakhouse was excellent, we ordered sirloin steak (which the chef refused to serve as the quality of the meat they had received from the supplier was not of his standard and he did not want to serve it to guests - this was exemplary). We had tenderloin instead and it did not disappoint, incredible! The spa and salon are somewhat expensive, the service was top class from the salon.The gym is small, It's clean and quiet with towels and cold water provided. Best to go early morning or late at night when the room is cooler - unless your goal is weight loss because you'll sweat buckets! The rooftop bar on floor 9 was enjoyable. The WiFi was good and didn't disconnect once! The pool area is probably the best part of the hotel and really enjoyable with a warm pool, with a very short walk down to the sea. There aren't many pool sunbeds and they're taken by the early birds every day. It would probably be beneficial to implement some sort of 2hour no return policy as it's a little annoying to see a sunbed unused for a full day when someone has put their towel on it and doesn't use it. At all. The bar is expensive, around £30-40 for a bucket of 5 beers but it's to be expected in Dubai. For the price we paid, considerably less than some of the other options on the palm, we were not disappointed and would recommend this hotel to friends for the price point. Perfect hotel, location was ideal, the mall is literally across the road. The facilities provided by the hotel are perfect, indoor pool is heated and the views are breath taking. Breakfast as you can imagine being in Dubai is pretty much second to none. Although this time of year the outdoor pools and beach area are not much of Interest, as it is cold, however when the weather warms up, they are all on point.

Tambahan: - perkhidmatan luar biasa - dari daftar masuk, restoran hingga pengemasan dan pekerja rencam - sangat bagus, cepat, cekap; terima kasih khas kepada Har **** Dhawan atas bantuan, pertolongan dan perkhidmatan reaktif yang hebat; - lokasi yang sangat baik - 5 minit dari Dubai Mall, 15 minit dari pantai Jumeirah dan Kite, 20 minit dari lapangan terbang, di tengah-tengah Business Bay yang terkenal; - pemandangan menakjubkan dari bilik, kolam renang, lif, restoran di hotel. Salah satu yang terbaik di Dubai. - katil yang sangat selesa dan bilik yang selesa; - kolam renang dan gimnasium yang sangat baik. - sarapan yang baik (mempunyai banyak pilihan - India, Cina, Barat dan lain-lain). - hotel di dalam mempunyai restoran hebat dan salah satu bar tertinggi di dunia - Vault. Mesti lawati. Kekurangan: - sedikit meningkatkan perkhidmatan semasa sarapan. Tetapi selain dari perkara kecil ini - TIDAK BOLEH DIPERLUKAN DAN WAJIB. Tidak sabar untuk kembali.
